Combining your in-depth automotive repair knowledge with your exceptional people skills, you'll manage customer relationships and frequently serve as a liaison between technicians and customers. Part Time Restaurant Host seats the guest coming into the restaurant. The Restaurant Host is responsible for providing fast, friendly, and courteous service to every guest while taking reservations, greeting and seating guests, and handling guest inquiries. Position requires the ability to interact with the public, speak English clearly, remember details, as well as physical exertion in the way of walking, standing, turning, bending, lifting, and carrying. All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Seneca Gaming Corporation's policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Provide prompt, friendly, and courteous service of food and beverage to all our guests.
2. Report to work well-groomed in full uniform and on time.
3. Be hospitable, friendly, and polite with all guests, co-workers, and management using positive body language.
4. Be familiar with all check and cashing procedures to include POS system.
5. Maintain records on established time sheets.
6. Be knowledgeable of Seneca Allegany Casino & Hotel's history, map of the property, location of restrooms and telephones, and hours of operation of stores and restaurants and be able to efficiently handle guest's inquiries.
7. Take comp and VIP reservations. Answer telephone calls appropriately according to procedure, answer all inquiries and report any and all compliments or problems to shift manager.
8. Promote positive customer relations at all times.
9. Clean and organize all host areas ongoing as needed.
10. Review all server stations and shifts upon start of work shift.
11. Maintain full knowledge of menu, wine lists, and daily specials.
12. Have a consistent awareness of all activities occurring in each section. Visibly monitor service and performance of each server.
13. Greet all guests within five (5) seconds in a friendly and courteous manner using positive body language.
14. Properly clear and reset tables according to host manual.
15. Complete designated opening and closing side work daily and check with manager or shift manager before leaving.
16. Perform any duties assigned by the manager or shift manager.
17. Assist all other employees in performing their duties whenever required.
18. Maintain a current understanding of all policy and guidelines regarding information security including the Seneca Gaming Corporation Acceptable Use Policy. Understand and comply with all information security policies and procedures at all times.
19. Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons and communicates in a pleasant, friendly and professional manner at all times. Maintain a professional work environment with supervisors, managers and staff.
20. Meet the attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to regulatory, departmental and company policies.
21. Must complete all required SGC Training programs within nine (9) months from commencement of employment.
22. Attend all necessary meetings.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

Education/Experience:

The Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) RN Supervisor is responsible for all professional nursing duties as required. They will provide training and supervision to other nursing staff, including licensed practical nurses and any on-call or part-time registered nurses. They must be willing to work and/or be available on call on weekends.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS:
The OTP RN Supervisor receives clinical and administrative supervision from the Program Director.
They provide supervision to all other Nurses.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Supervises all other OTP nursing staff within the agency.
* Schedules nursing staff, seeks and/or provides coverage when other OTP nurses are off.
* Maintains inventory of on-site store medications in compliance with the U.S. Drug Enforcement (DEA) and NYS Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services (OASAS) regulations.
* Responsible for the accuracy of the inventory of methadone, buprenorphine and any other medications that are maintained in the dispensary.
* Responsible to order medications and all other supplies needed in the dispensary and for the OTP consumers through communications with pharmaceutical companies and venders.
* Properly disposes of medical waste in compliance with U.S. DEA and NYS OASAS regulations.
* Conducts health monitoring assessments for consumers to include: Adult BMI Screening, Generic Health Monitoring (BP, R, Temp, etc), Tobacco use screening and smoking cessation counseling, Assures communicable disease risk assessments is done on all consumers, other assessments as assigned.
* Blood draws on all consumers for required tests.
* Administration of PPD to all consumers.
* Provides training on medical issues to clinical staff.
* Dispenses methadone, buprenorphine and IM injections.
* Assures accuracy and completeness of all case notes.
* Develops assessments, treatment plans, and diagnostic reviews on determined schedule.
* Obtaining observed and unobserved urine sample for drug toxicology testing
* Audits consumer charts regularly to ensure compliance to protocols.
* Obtains prior authorizations from insurances as needed.
* Schedule and assigned duties are subject to change based on the needs of the program and the consumers we serve.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
* Must have strong knowledge of nursing functions, medication assisted treatments for opioid use disorder, mental health medications as well as maintenance medications.
* Must have strong phlebotomy skills.
* Must be knowledgeable on protocols for maintenance medications.
* Must be knowledgeable about communicable disease transmission.
* Must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to relate to consumers and staff both individually and in group settings.
* Ability to speak Spanish desirable.
* May be required to participate as member of on-call team.
* Supervisory experience desirable.
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Graduated from an accredited school of professional nursing, a bachelor's degree preferred, plus a license to practice as a registered professional nurse in New York State or possession of a temporary permit.
* Four years of experience, at least three of which must have been in mental health, substance abuse treatment, or perinatal health care setting.
AND
* A valid NYS drivers' license.
* Automobile in good working order.
* Must have Accredited NYS Defensive driving course; or obtain within 15 days of hire.
* Must maintain Active NYS Defensive Driving class every 3 years, upon expiration.
