The Community Dental Center became a 501(c)3 non-profit organization in February 2005.
The doors opened in August 2005 with one dentist and two staff members.
In May 2008, Community Dental Care opened its second clinic location in Maplewood.
Smile Magic was founded by Doctor Chad Evans in 2010 with the support of his best friend, Emmet Scott.
Doctor John H. Ambrose is a native of Forsyth, Georgia, but has resided in Juliette with his wife Doctor Valerie Ambrose since 2010.
A graduate of the University of Houston-Downtown, Michael Irving first joined Community Dental Partners (CDP) in 2011 after an impactful and successful military career.
In December 2012, a third location opened in Rochester in the RCTC Heintz Center.
In 2012, Emmet co-founded Community Dental Partners.
In January 2014, Community Dental Care launched its fourth location, in Robbinsdale.
Doctor Ansari received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the Indiana School of Dentistry in 2015.
