Reporting to the Vice President of Wellbeing, this on-site leader aligns wellbeing and sustainability initiatives with Army standards to strengthen soldier readiness, community wellbeing, and operational excellence. Responsible for components accounting functions. * Ensures that requirements for appropriate sanitation and safety levels in respective areas are met * Coordinates and supervises unit personnel regarding production, merchandising, quality and cost control, labor management and employee training * Recruits, hires, develops and retains front line team. * Conducts period inventory * Maintains records to comply with ARAMARK, government and accrediting agency standards * Interacts with Client Management and maintains effective client and customer relations at all levels with client organization * May participate in sales process and negotiation of contracts * Looks for opportunities to implement new products and services which support sales growth and client retention Qualifications * Bachelor's degree level education required. * Prior K-12/Student Nutrition Experience highly preferred in the area of Food Service. * The ability to focus on client and customer services, entrepreneurship and building and growing a strong business is essential to success in this role. * Savvy interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with clients, senior management, and Aramark support staff. * Meaningful experience in service industry, contract services, or hospitality environment. * Proven ability leading through other managers. * Experience in creating and managing a department budget, financial controls and analysis. * Experience crafting product sales strategies and implementing operational programs and initiatives. * This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
