Job Summary
Summary: Ensures day-to-day upkeep, maintenance and smooth operation of the building and campus.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Provides quality service with attention to detail.
* Cleans and polishes furniture and fixtures.
* Performs minor repairs to doors, fixtures and furniture.
* Makes adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilating, plumbing and electrical systems.
* Cleans and restores building interiors damaged by fire, smoke or water using commercial cleaning equipment.
* Monitors building security and safety by locking doors after operating hours and checking electrical appliance use.
* Moves heavy furniture, equipment and supplies.
* Mows and trims lawns and shrubbery; clears debris.
* Notifies managers about the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems.
* Removes snow from sidewalks, driveways and parking areas; applies snow-melting chemicals.
* Requisitions supplies and equipment for cleaning and maintenance duties.
* Sets up, arranges and removes decorations, tables, chairs, ladders and scaffolding to prepare facilities for special events.
* Sprays insecticides and fumigants to prevent insect and rodent infestation.
* Monitors contract cleaning crew's work.
* Cleans building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing or vacuuming; gathers and empties trash; services, cleans, and supplies restrooms.
* Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
* Valid Non-CDL Class C driver's license.

The Lead Cashier is responsible for training other cashiers, maintaining the front of the house, processing transactions, maintaining inventory, and delegating tasks as appropriate to cashiers while providing excellent customer service.
Compensation Data
COMPENSATION: The Hourly rate for this position is $17.00 to $18.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark's good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities
* Accurately operate a register/POS and handle cash and credit card transactions
* Greet and assist customers while delivering excellent customer service and anticipating their needs
* Schedule and delegate work assignments to team and coordinate the completion of tasks
* Train and guide staff members in customer services, cash handling, product knowledge and other application processes and procedures
* Make change for all cashiers and verify bag deposits
* Count, organize and balance cash drawer, fill out the cashier slip and make deposits
* Adhere to Aramark's cash handling policies and procedures
* Follow opening and closing procedures of unit or station based on operating hours
* Ensure product is stocked to appropriate levels and replenishes and arranges items as needed to maintain location inventory
* Assist in clean up and location sanitation during operating hours and at the end of service.

Qualifications
* Requires previous customer service experience
* Requires previous cash handling experience
* Requires basic math & counting skills
* Experience in a supervisory or related role preferred
* Must be able to work independently with limited supervision
* Able to demonstrate interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
* Must follow the required dress code as assigned and in line with workplace policies
* Complete Food Handling training and alcohol service training as required
This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
