Full Time Mansfield, TX Job Summary: The Quality Control Lead reports to the Production Supervisor and Production Manager and oversees the Quality Assurance team in maintaining an accurate inventory of all completed CAS products, as well as monitoring testing procedures and records to ensure a consistent and high level of quality for all CAS products. Duties/Responsibilities:
Assemble completed units in the companys system
Review testing records for any discrepancies/inaccuracies
Perform and oversee detailed inspections of components and completed assemblies, verifying serviceability and safety, as well as parity between Bill of Materials (BOM) and Work Tickets (WT)
Perform regular inventory checks to maintain accurate count and consistency with system records, as well as confirm the status of open Sales Orders (SO) according to the SO report
Document and report all nonconforming material; discrepancies between BOMs and work tickets, sales orders, and serial numbers, etc.
Assist with the actual labor and manufacturing of projects as time permits/as needed
Communicate with all individuals effectively
Participate in team meetings as required (safety, problem solving, etc.).
Participate in process improvement teams and/or complete relevant documentation when required
Assist in the continuous improvement of the Quality Department

Required Skills/Abilities:
1. Prior experience working with compressors and working in a manufacturing environment

About the Position:
Cattle Health & Doctoring
Ride pens daily to observe cattle, identify signs of illness, injury, or stress, and pull sick cattle for treatment
Manage hospital pens and doctor cattle according to established animal health protocols
Accurately diagnose and administer treatments, including injections, oral medications, and topical applications
Enter all treatments, observations, and outcomes correctly into the cattle health computer system
Ride grass and outside cattle as needed, including roping and doctoring cattle using low-stress handling techniques
Communicate health concerns and trends with the Cactus Feeders Manager, pen riders, and other cattle teams
Work closely with cattle crews and yard management to ensure smooth, efficient, and low-stress cattle flow
Inventory & Compliance

This position will be responsible for the execution, tracking and management of United's underground inspection cycle on a day-to-day basis.
