What it takes * Associate or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering Technology, or related field. * 5+ years of relevant experience in civil design; focus on infrastructure, transportation or water resources preferred. * Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D required; experience with MicroStation and GIS is a plus. * Knowledge of IDOT standards and local permitting agencies is beneficial. * Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills. * Eagerness to grow professionally and support a collaborative project team.
