About the Job
We are looking for a Senior Designer to help elevate and scale creative across Nobl Travel and Flo Pilates. This role is perfect for someone who is obsessed with sharp design, believes branding is more than just a logo, and wants to build category-defining brands in the DTC space. Key Responsibilities

Have the ability to develop a comprehensive understanding of CR's competitors, including their capabilities, past competitive history, and can assist in developing a plan to beat them!
Must be detail-oriented and highly organized with a hunter mentality in the approach to developing and executing strategic plans.

Compensation

* Communicate with operations and production teams to ensure manufacturing requirements are met.
* Gather user requirements and incorporate product feedback into design improvements.
* Monitor product performance and manage design updates post-launch.
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
* Strong proficiency in CAD tools (SolidWorks and/or AutoCAD).
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility.
* Proficiency in FEA analysis using Ansys.
* Hands-on experience with testing and prototype development.
* Knowledge of quality control processes.
* Ability to collect and provide actionable product feedback.
* Chinese language skills are a plus.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $55.00/hr.
