Requirements Associates degree in AutoCAD drafting or equivalent work experience. Experience with processing field survey data. Strong ability to read and interpret legal descriptions and easement documents. MDOT and MicroStation experience is a plus. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Process field survey data effectively and accurately. Draft easements, write legal descriptions, and generate rights-of-way. Analyze and interpret legal descriptions and easement documents. Work closely with Project Managers, Engineers, Designers, and other Technicians to provide drawings on schedule. Manage the setup and preparation of detailed project drawings during planning and design phases. Prepare permit drawing sets including plans, elevations, sections, details, and notes. Understand AutoCAD requirements specific to different clients and MES standards. Perform quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) reviews on drawing files. Coordinate project deadlines with Project Managers, Engineers, and Designers. Perform other duties as assigned by Project Manager.
