As the company scales rapidly and builds new products, we are looking for a Staff Product Designer who can raise the bar and help integrate our new offerings in a seamless way. In this role, you'll own projects that will set the strategic foundation for how Nourish's product offerings expand and see the projects through from conception to execution and implementation. You'll use your expertise in design, user psychology, and data-driven decision-making to create intuitive experiences and raise the bar for craft. This person will join our small design team and report directly to our Head of Design. We are a team that cares about our work, but we try not to take ourselves too seriously. As Nourish has expanded our product offerings, ensuring that the user experience stays consistent has become more challenging. You will be driving forward the execution and vision of what it looks like to build an integrated preventative health product offering. Design best-in-class experiences for all our users. Your work will not be limited to one area of our platform but instead will span our patient, provider, and growth products. You will iterate on existing features, create net new features, and continue to test both. Help drive qualitative user research. You'll build prototypes, conduct interviews, and create surveys to test hypotheses about designs and products. Grow and maintain our design system.
