Responsibilities
Produce comprehensive technical project plans, specifications, drawings, and models aligning with project requirements and client expectations.

Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required. An Associate degree in engineering or architectural fields is a plus.
Proficiency working with AutoCAD is required. Experience with other tools, such as Revit, Navisworks, PIPE-FLO, or other similar tools is a plus.
Familiarity with HVAC design standards and codes including ASHRAE 62.1, IMC, NFPA 90A, and local building codes relevant to mechanical system design.
Demonstrated knowledge or experience with designs that contain HVAC systems, chillers, boilers, pump hydraulics, exhaust, process chemicals, wastewater discharge, or other similar mechanical building systems.

Industrial Design is looking to fill the role of AutoCAD 2D drafter to work with our Layout IE Support team. The candidate who is hired would provide direct drafting and as-building support to our customer's Industrial Engineering team. In this role the candidate will work on semiconductor factory layout projects producing what if scenario drawings that represent different possibilities for equipment installation configurations within an active facility. Several years of 2D AutoCAD drafting experience, be familiar and comfortable with the use of X-refs, blocks, attributes and layer management. All drafting for this role is done in 2D AutoCAD due to contractual agreements with our clients.
