About the Role
We're looking for a Lead Product Designer to join our growing design organization. As a senior individual contributor, you'll play a key role in setting design direction, shaping product strategy, and driving high-quality user experiences. You'll collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Researchers to bring bold ideas to life and ensure that what we design is not only functional but also fast, intuitive, and inspiring.
This role requires someone excited to tackle ambitious design challenges, mentor others on the team, and leverage design to drive meaningful business outcomes.
How You'll Have an Impact
* Partner with cross-functional teams to get design projects prioritized, shipped, and delivering measurable results.
* Lead and coordinate multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
* Create design flows, prototypes, sketches, and polished UI.
* Facilitate design critiques and provide constructive feedback as a design leader.
* Drive process improvements across the design lifecycle.
* Transform workflows by putting AI at the center, building smarter systems and ways of working from the ground up.
* Adapt the design process to support cross-functional problem solving.
* Contribute to design culture and team growth, including interviewing and mentoring.
What You'll Need
* 8+ years of professional product design experience.
* A strong portfolio that demonstrates end-to-end design work - from defining problems and audiences through product adoption and iteration.
* Experience driving product growth through experimentation, data-informed design, and continuous iteration.
* You've already experimented with AI in work or personal projects, and you're excited to dive in and learn fast. You're hungry to responsibly explore new AI tools and workflows, finding ways to make your work smarter and more efficient.
* Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment and bring cross-functional teams together.
* A systems-thinking mindset, able to identify and design for common components and scalable patterns.
* Comfort taking a unique or even unpopular perspective and facilitating productive discussions toward alignment.
* A growth mindset, adaptability, and strong problem-solving skills.

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Designer to anchor our Mechanical Discipline providing design services to our engineering practices across the firm. The successful candidate shall have a minimum of 2-5 years of HVAC Design Experience using REVIT software.
The candidate will have experience in the design, layout, of HVAC systems including ductwork and piping distribution. Experience with layout of AHU's, and Mechanical Rooms is a plus.
Candidate will be able to draw 3D ductwork, piping in 3D architectural models receiving direction from a Lead Engineer.
Candidate will have the opportunity to progress into an HVAC Senior HVAC design and/or Engineering position.
Education and Experience:
2+ years drafting program or college courses that included REVIT curriculum or experience in both 2D (details & diagrams) and 3D environments.
2- 5 years of experience with an HVAC Engineering Consultant Firm.
Job Requirements:
AutoCAD, (MEP, Plant,) Revit MEP, NavisWorks proficiency a plus.
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision from Lead Engineer
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to consistently set goals and meet deadlines and adapt to flexible responsibilities.
Willingness to learn and apply different HVAC systems and progress HVAC Design skills. We will teach the successful candidate HVAC design of different types of HVAC systems along with the detailed layout of complex mechanical rooms.
