COMPETITIVE WAGE! ** $40,000 - $100,000 ** SALARY + MONTHLY COMMISSION PAY STRUCTURE Key Responsibilities: Initiate and follow up with customers and providers to sell or resolve problems, answer questions, correspondence and reports Contacts current and prospective customers to sell and explain services and solicitation of new business within the market area Deliver SEi new business revenues against quarterly targets Build and manage pipeline against quarterly targets Provide transparency to all activities via weekly and monthly reports Create awareness of SEi solutions by creating new clients through cold calling and other marketing initiatives. Provide accurate quotes, proposals, references and sales solutions in a timely and appropriate fashion to derive revenue/sales Maintain consistent achievement of personal performance standards Create and maintain account strategies and plans where relevant, as requested by the sales manager Maintain sufficient activity levels to consistently ensure pipeline growth, customer satisfaction and a demonstrable commitment to personal achievement Create and maintain a network of key decision-makers within an account(s) and SEi Maintain to company standards, accurate and appropriate written documentation of sales projects, sales pipeline, and forecasts Attend sales seminars, sales meetings or educational activities to stay up-to-date on the latest developments, trends, and regulations in the marketplace Performs other work-related duties as assigned Requirements: Customer service-focused and detail-oriented Previous sales experience Previous B2B sales experience Proficient using a computer and smartphone (required) Strong negotiating skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to create and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and vendors College degree (preferred but not required) Drug Screen & Background Check (required) Compensation & Benefits: $40,000 - $100,000 ** SALARY + MONTHLY COMMISSION PAY STRUCTURE 401(k) with Company Match Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Coverage Paid Vacation and Time Off Tuition Reimbursement Program Employee Referral Bonus Program Company-Provided Cell Phone Supportive and collaborative work environment
