Research solutions to technical issues and implement solutions on a timely basis. Drives performance improvement using KPIs to optimize Controls and Automation Systems using continuous improvement, root cause analysis, data analysis, and failure mode and effects analysis. Follows all Environmental, Occupational Health, and Safety, Quality, Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), and Cleaning and 5S standards and policies. Must be able to read, understand and modify technical documentation (electrical schematic drawings, P&IDs, and equipment manuals) Documents and communicates software and hardware changes, on-shift activities, follow-up actions, and project status using visual, verbal, written, and digital communication.
