We help students struggling with a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues, including autism spectrum disorders, anxiety, oppositional behavior, bipolar disorder, PTSD, depression, ADHD, impulse control, peer pressure, anger management, self-esteem, grief/loss issues, family relationships, communication, academic struggles, or other setbacks in their lives. Our mission is to provide support and structure that helps these students make informed choices, achieve success, and access the necessary academic and therapeutic assistance.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Energetic entry-level or experienced cook who works well with others and demonstrates patience with adolescents. Bonus: If you have a passion for helping others and making a difference in their lives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Prepping and serving meals.
Washing dishes after meals.
Ensures the care and cleanliness of the kitchen and dining area, including general cleaning, sweeping, mopping, and taking out garbage.
Daily deep cleaning during designated hours.
Coordinating with coworkers for future meal preparation.
Communicating with clients and understanding their needs while adhering to company guidelines, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and keeping them engaged.
Communicating with additional staff regarding the resident's special needs and assignments.
Requirements
Must be 21 years or older.
High School diploma or GED is required.
Good communication skills: Listening, Speaking, and Collaborating.
Prefer one year of previous experience in any commercial kitchen setting, but will train the right candidate.

From the moment you step into the kitchen, you're in the zone-prepping your station, checking ingredient quality, and getting ready for service. As orders come in, you expertly handle the sauté station, plating entrées with speed and precision. On weekdays, you own the fryer station, ensuring crisp, golden perfection. You maintain the steam table, keeping sauces at the ideal temperature for peak flavor. Every dish you send out is a testament to your skill and passion. OUR REQUIREMENTS:
Experience in the food service industry, 2+ years is preferred
Experience in casual sit-down dining is preferred, but those with fast food and other experiences will also be considered
