**Position Purpose**
TAIT Crew members travel the world to set up, operate, and tear down the concert touring productions that TAIT is famous for. **Essential Responsibilities & Accountabilities**

Overview
Member of the operations Changeover Crew report directly to the Changeover Manager. The position is primarily responsible for the changeover in the arena and performing arts center from one event to another.
