Regional OTR CDL Drivers (4-6 days out) Kearney based no-touch CDL position that will generally be out 4-6 days, possibly 10 days. Back 1-2 days, and repeat. Runs will generally include three or more stops from the time it leaves Lincoln to the time it returns. Drivers will have a sleeper cab that is governed at 70 mpg and are paid by the mile, $.63, with an average of 2k - 3k miles per week, plus will be eligible for Detention and Layover pay. Will receive a per diem of $40 per overnight stay (taxable) and be eligible for paid time off and holiday pay at the rate of 8 hours per day using the average gross pay of the prior two pay periods. Early Morning Key Account Route (Mon/Tues/Thurs/Sat) (Pays $1.50/hr differential) These routes start at 12am and average 9-10 hours per day delivering to large accounts. Lincoln Shuttle (requires doubles) This position typically will haul two empty trailers from Lincoln to Kearney, pick up 2 full trailers, and bring back to Lincoln two times per night, but may shuttle to other locations. Typically runs from 6pm 4am on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday; and on Sunday can start as early as 4pm.
