Role: We are looking for an Operations/Stock Associate to support our team at the World Trade Center store in New York City. This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations, including inventory handling, stockroom organization, and supporting the sales floor team when needed. Core Responsibilities: * Perform a variety of operational activities which included, but are not limited to; process incoming shipments and receiving of merchandise. * Ensure inventory control and accuracy by following proper procedures and best practice. * Pull and pack fulfillments, unpack and tag specific boxes according to schedule * Inspect the quality and condition of new merchandise, repricing and inventory count * Preparation and shipment of outgoing merchandise and transfers. * Maintain supply levels and communicate needs to the Assistant Store Director/Store Director. * Maintains a clean and organized sales floor and stock room that meets both visual and operational standards. * Greets and acknowledges customers with a friendly and engaging attitude. * Assists the management team with general housekeeping tasks. Qualifications: * We are looking for candidates with luxury fashion experience in sales and have knowledge of the luxury resale market * Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment * Ability to work a flexible schedule * Experience in stock or receiving, preferably in retail Hourly rate: $18 to $20 #LI-OnSite
