We are proud our sales consultants earn an average annual salary of $40,000 to $64,000, combining a base hourly rate plus uncapped commission. We provide paid training and a guaranteed ramp-up rate during your first 60 days of employment. Employees accrue paid time off each pay period at a rate of no less than 40 hours per year for their first year and 80 hours per year each year thereafter. Training Requirements All Sales Consultants must attend and complete a four-day New Hire University (NHU) training program within two weeks of their official start date.
