SERVICE CREW MEMBER - 604LOHA GRILL (FOH) SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS The Service Crew Member is responsible for managing the expo and front-of-house guest service line, accurately receiving and communicating guest orders, supporting timely food delivery, and maintaining a clean and organized workstation. Check food quality, apply appropriate garnishes, and expedite orders to guests within 1 minute of receiving items from the kitchen. Operational Responsibilities Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workstation. Follow proper receiving and storage procedures with 100% accuracy. Perform assigned side work accurately and efficiently. Complete all end-of-shift checkout procedures with 100% accuracy. Support a positive team environment by assisting fellow team members as needed. QUALIFICATIONS Preferred: 18 years of age or older, due to equipment and safety requirements. Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently. Strong guest-service orientation and positive attitude. Job DescriptionCrew 1 has the primary responsibility for service, food and beverage preparation, and conveying the Caf Lola culture to restaurant guests. Crew 1 is responsible for working stations as cashier, barista, floor service and/or food prep. He/She must be cross trained on all FOH and BOH duties.
