The Talent Acquisition Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping Crisis Connections' future by
leading the talent acquisition function. This position is responsible for developing and
executing innovative recruitment strategies that attract, hire, and retain top talent across
various departments. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with a passion for building

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Strategy Development: Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive
recruitment strategies and annual hiring plans that align with the company's
business objectives. Develop and implement interview and general recruitment
training that align with organization's objectives and values and supports
professional development of staff.
• Team Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire recruiting staff,
managing their performance, setting clear objectives, and providing ongoing
coaching and professional development opportunities.
• Process Ownership: Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job description
creation, sourcing, screening, and interviewing to offer negotiation and seamless
onboarding coordination. Create recruitment tools and toolkit for hiring managers
and interviewers to ensure consistency in hiring processes.
• Stakeholder Partnership: Serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers and
department heads, consulting on workforce planning, market trends, and effective
interviewing techniques to ensure a shared understanding of staffing needs.
• Sourcing & Branding: Implement innovative sourcing methods, leveraging social
media, job boards, networking events, and employee referrals, while also enhancing
our employer brand to attract a diverse and high-caliber talent pool.
• Metrics & Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on key recruitment metrics (e.g.,
time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate, source of hire, quality of hire) to
measure effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and drive data-informed
decisions.
• Compliance: Ensure all recruitment practices and procedures comply with federal,
state, and local employment laws and regulations, as well as union collective
bargaining agreement.
• Vendor Management: Manage and negotiate contracts with external recruitment
agencies, background check providers, and other talent acquisition vendors to
optimize resources and cost-effectiveness.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with at least 2
years in a managerial role overseeing staff.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful recruitment
strategies and leading a team to achieve hiring goals.
Skills:
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR software, data
analytics tools, and professional networking platforms.

Requirements
Computer Skills Assessment: Crisis Connections requires a basic Computer Skills assessment to measure computer literacy and skills. The assessment is approximately 15 minutes in length, and timed. HR will provide a link to complete the test after screening qualified candidates.

The Opportunity

Primary Responsibilities
Conduct cutting-edge impact and individual litigation, including legal research; investigating facts, working with clients; drafting pleadings, briefs and legal memoranda; engaging in discovery and motion practice; and conducting evidentiary hearings and oral arguments in court.
Identify and develop new matters for litigation by conducting factual, legal and strategic analyses and formulating relevant theories and materials.

Candidate Profile
Required Qualifications:
J.D. and at least one active bar membership;
A minimum of four (4) years of post-J.D. litigation experience, including drafting case documents and engaging in discovery and motions practice, including at least 3 years of experience litigating employment discrimination cases;
Demonstrated commitment to social, gender, and racial justice with a passion for achieving equity and economic justice for women, girls, and/or LGBTQI+ people;
Outstanding research, writing, and analytical skills;

Compensation & Benefits
This position has a salary range of $85,000 - $125,000. The salary and job title (Senior Staff Attorney vs. Senior Counsel) will be determined based on years of experience and expertise.

PROGRAM SUMMARY: Crisis Connections provides a variety of telephone-based support services that are free and easily accessible to anyone in our community experiencing crisis. Our service area includes King County and WA State. Our passion is to foster resilience and wellbeing for all by connecting people to accessible and compassionate support.
POSITION SUMMARY: The Crisis Support Specialist responds to fluctuations in the Regional Crisis Line phone room with the goal of meeting contract objectives. Hours will be scheduled to supplement staffing in meeting contract objectives. In addition, the Crisis Support Specialist will respond to phone calls, assist volunteers, and respond to inquiries as requested by the Crisis Support Clinician on duty. The Crisis Support Specialist tasks will be directed by Crisis Intervention Specialist or designee.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answer calls on the Regional Crisis Line
Follows guidance of Crisis Services Clinician regarding answering crisis and professional line phone calls. Phone workers will follow clinical directives from main CSC on duty.
Follows phone room protocols and phone worker training to provide direct crisis services to callers.
Monitors call queue and responds promptly to meet service and contractual metrics. Demonstrates comprehensive understanding of Mental Health Systems across various counties, including their respective procedures.
Displays proficiency in accessing Crisis Connections resources.
Exhibits proficiency with phone room protocol and procedures, including maintaining accurate clinical logs in adherence with trauma informed guidelines to ensure nonjudgmental language. Maintains a high standard of professionalism in interactions with volunteers, callers, and professionals.
Makes effective use of Clinical Supervision.
Administrative Support
Review/QA volunteer phone worker documentation in electronic health record.
Other RCL administrative tasks as requested by CIS/CSC.
Volunteer Phone Worker Support
Provides support to phone worker volunteers in handling RCL calls as needed to supplement guidance from CIS and CSC on duty.
Provides practical suggestions to volunteers on resources appropriate for region served. Maintains current knowledge of available resources in each region and can access resource manual as needed.
Provides support to volunteers in accessing and utilizing electronic health record software, CCORS surveys and other phone worker tasks.
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
Actively participates in the Performance Excellence Program to establish and pursue professional growth goals.
Regularly attend training offered by Crisis Connections to enhance professional development and expertise in the field of Mental Health.
Completes ASIST training for suicide prevention, ensuring readiness to provide support and intervention when necessary.
Contributes positively to a culture that supports Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging with additional training as able.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIRED SKILLS
Preferred candidates will possess a Bachelor of Arts degree in social sciences from an accredited institution, demonstrating a foundational understanding of key concepts and methodologies relevant to the field, but are required to have a high school diploma.
Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of the public mental health system, including its policies, resources, and procedures, enabling effective navigation and collaboration within the broader mental health community.
Agency Affiliated Counselor (AAC) credential through the WA Department of Health required within 6 months of hire, for which Crisis Connections will reimburse the cost.

Computer Skills Assessment: Crisis Connections requires a basic Computer Skills assessment to measure computer literacy and skills. The assessment is approximately 15 minutes in length and timed. HR will provide a link to complete the test after screening qualified candidates.
