Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to lead multi-family and commercial projects from contract award through completion. In this role, you'll combine technical expertise with strong communication skills to ensure projects meet specifications, stay on schedule, while maintaining strong customer relationships. What You'll Do: Plan, coordinate, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Review architectural drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy. Prepare detailed submittals and manage contract revisions. Enter orders and procurement of all materials for each project Oversee budgets and maintain gross profit goals. Coordinate deliveries and resolve scheduling or material issues. Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through clear, proactive communication. Highly self-motivated, able to work independently, and collaborate effectively with internal teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and PM software and tools. Are you ready to bring your skills to the forefront of our production process? D&M Industries is on the lookout for a dedicated and skilled Production Worker to join our dynamic team in Moorhead, MN. As a vital member of our production team, you'll play a key role in machining and assembling entire products, ensuring precision, quality, and efficiency in every task. What You'll Do: Safely operate a 20-foot box truck to deliver building materials to customers and job sites. Lift and move materials up to 100 pounds using proper equipment and techniques. Ensure delivery accuracy and collect customer signatures. Maintain DOT medical certification and follow all DOT regulations. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to keep your vehicle in top shape. Communicate clearly with dispatch, warehouse staff, and customers. Provide friendly, professional customer service at every stop. Help out in the warehouse when needed. Keep accurate records and report any issues promptly. Travel Details: 150-mile radius of Fargo-Moorhead area. Overnight travel required on a rotating basis. What We're Looking For: 21 years of age or older High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to obtain and maintain DOT medical certification. 1+ years of delivery or driving experience preferred.
