* Performs the full range of duties in the investigation/apprehension of suspected offenders, such as carrying a firearm or other weapon to enforce and maintain law and order.
* Patrols assigned area on foot or in a patrol vehicle.
* Investigates suspicious situations and takes appropriate action such as identifying and arresting suspected violators based on probable cause.
* Officer may be required to take law enforcement action off the property of the agency.
* Develops and follows leads, takes statements, and gathers bits of information and facts.
* Searches vehicles, persons, and packages entering the organization for weapons of mass destruction or contraband.
* Responds to bomb threats which includes searching for locating and differentiating between harmless and suspicious biohazards and chemicals.
* Works radar equipment and enforces speed limits. Issues citations for speeding, traffic and parking violations.
* Investigates traffic accidents, noting location of vehicles involved; any skid marks; violation of traffic laws, recording measurements and photographing crime scene, issues violation notices, and prepares documentation for court.

Position Description: Apartment Grounds Keeper
This position performs grounds keeping such as mowing, weeding, lawn care and winter snow removal. Other duties as assigned.

Horsemanship Information
This position is first and foremost a guest service position, thus people skills are a must (the great majority of your time will be spent taking guests out on trail rides and, if you show an aptitude for the position and all of its expectations, cattle drives as well). That being said, candidates for this position must also be interested in mastering the basics of Vaquero/Natural Horsemanship, chiefly the lineage of the Dorrance brothers, Ray Hunt and Buck Brannaman. In this program, those basics are defined as: Feel, Timing and Balance. We use these tenants, and a focus on biomechanics, to create a softness and willingness of response to aids.
Wranglers can expect to work at:
Lateral flexion
Proper break over of the hindquarters
Movement of front quarters independently of hind quarters
Keeping horse within the rider's rectangle
Guidance with legs and minimal reins
Vertical flexion/soft feel
Prompt responses to seat, leg and rein cues
There is nothing quick about these practices so if you are looking for training exercises that will “fix a problem” or make a certain kind of horse to fit into a certain kind of performance discipline, this may not be the program for you. We believe in focusing on the growth and development of the mind and body of the horse, to create a well-rounded animal that is quiet, willing and freed up.
Wranglers are expected to groundwork their horses at the beginning of each day, using the program approved methods and expectations and if time allows, put a first ride on them in the arena. During that first ride, the program's riding checklist will be expected to be worked through, step by step, to ensure the horse's focus and development. All wrangler horses are destined for the guest string, so all wrangler horses are projects, however the level of project horse given to each wrangler is determined by the individual's interest in, and dedication to, learning and executing our horsemanship methods, as well as his/her abilities and comfort level, amongst other things.

Job Summary

Never serve minors alcoholic beverages.
Approach guests table side and offer services in a polite and open manner.

Ability to create wine pairings on the floor and Chefs Table wine pairing/service.
Ability to create wine seminars for guests.
Keep a full-time presence on the floor to refill wines and beverages and to answer questions.
Ability to help service staff take orders and deliver food and deliver beverages as needed.
Responsible for upkeep of wine lists and identify any mistakes on the list.
Learn about the various wine, beer and cocktails that are offered.
Assist Dining & Beverage Manager with inventory controls and par levels related to beverages, including but not limited to: beer, spirits, wine and non-alcoholic beverages.
Assist with beverage training of bartenders and service staff as needed.
Must be willing and able to serve food in the dining room as needed.
Must know food items and be able to articulate flavors, types and give detailed descriptions.
