The role of the Clinical Team Technician is to provide individualized applied behavior analytic services to clients ages 18 months- 5 years old, within Bridgeway Therapy Center's ABA Department. This includes the implementation of a treatment plan developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), addressing behavior change and skill acquisition goals. The clinical team technician will also monitor the progress and work closely with the Manager and Director to update treatment plans as necessary. The clinical team technician will also adhere to ongoing review, and measurement of program and service applications to comply with regulations, policies, procedures and standards set by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. The clinical team technician will work under close supervision and guidance of a BCBA to implement interventions for individuals on the autism spectrum and other developmental disabilities.
