Assist civil engineers and other design staff to prepare, edit and label project designs in Civil3D and/or MicroStation.
This work may be in the following disciplines: municipal, land development, transportation, water resources, water / waste water, and structural.
Construction inspection / environmental compliance interns perform field observation, verify compliance with plans and specifications, prepare pay estimates, and produce project documentation.

* Designing and updating parts and assemblies with minimal instruction, subject to review by a supervising engineer.
* Completing Engineering Change Notices for documentation control and releasing updates.
* Working closely with vendors to confirm that purchased components meet specifications.

* Reviewing technical documentation for accuracy and making necessary improvements.
* Supporting production teams by troubleshooting design-related challenges and providing solutions.
