Are you a creative designer passionate about luxury real estate? We're seeking a Graphic Designer to join our boutique firm and create compelling visuals that bring our exclusive properties to life.
In this role, you'll design high-end marketing materials including property brochures, digital advertisements, social media campaigns, email marketing, and listing presentations. Your designs will be essential in elevating our brand presence and helping our team stand out in a competitive landscape. This is an in-office/in-person role.
The Graphic Designer's primary duties include but are not limited to:
Assist with the production and design of printed and digital marketing materials for the General Brokerage Division, including but not limited to: Sales Flyers, Direct Mail Pieces, Brochures, Web Banners & Advertisements, E-mail Blasts, Social Media Campaigns, Motion graphics, Interactive Visual Elements, Websites and Landing Pages, and Floorplans and Architectural Drawings.
Design thoughtful, informative, and creative outreach pieces to supplement agent marketing outreach.
Design promotional marketing collateral for shop-level marketing purposes.
Evaluate needs of the general brokerage agents as it pertains to sales support tools and work directly with the Leadership Team to support their efforts.
Keep track of and follow competitor companies and undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends.
Design and implement monthly and quarterly consumer and broker facing newsletters.
Design and conceptualize custom social media graphics for agent use.
Qualification & Skills Required:
College degree with some college graphic design and marketing education preferred
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign and Photoshop.
Excellent computer knowledge for both MAC and PC environments.
Must have excellent verbal, written, and problem-solving skills.
Must demonstrate flexibility and excellent organizational skills with the ability to complete a variety of tasks accurately with high attention to detail and creativity.
Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks within identified time frames
Must be proficient in writing and editing copy for marketing materials.
Familiarity with e-mail marketing programs, such as Constant Contact, is preferred.

Position Overview
EP Headcovers/SWAG Golf is seeking a Designer to join our team! This role is primarily on-site at the EP facility in Buford, GA, with the potential for hybrid working opportunities. In this role, you'll use your talents to create artwork for headcovers, golf bags, apparel and other golf accessories. You will be tasked with creating designs and illustrations using our internal Intellectual Properties (IP's) as well as licensor IPs. The ideal candidate will be comfortable straddling the line between illustration and graphic design, have a passion for golf, and a desire to create unique, eye-catching designs that will resonate with our target audience and elevate our brand.
Key Responsibilities
Create original designs and illustrations for golf accessories and apparel items.
Collaborate with the design team to brainstorm and develop creative concepts.
Prepare and deliver high-quality vector files for production.
Stay updated with current design trends and incorporate them into graphics for golf accessories and apparel.
Review and revise designs based on feedback from the team and stakeholders.
Work with 3rd Party Licensors art & assets (NFL, MLB, NBC Universal, Paramount, etc.)
Qualifications
Strong portfolio showcasing relevant design work and creativity.
BFA or similar degree preferred, but not required.
Organized, detail oriented, self-starter eager to learn.
2 to 5+ years of relevant experience preferred.
Strong command of typography & the principles graphic design.
Experience working in a collaborative agency setting preferred.
Proficiency in comic, illustrative and freestyle hand drawing preferred.
Ability to execute artwork in different styles on a variety products.
Familiarity with Mac platforms, Wacom products, and/or other digital illustration tools.
Advanced proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and other Adobe Creative Cloud programs.

Previous sales experience is a plus, but strong interpersonal communication skills are required, as are excellent customer service skills and a strong work ethic and ability to follow our documented processes. POSITION OVERVIEWAs a Design Consultant you are primarily responsible for all sales activities including consultative selling and recommending various solutions to prospects and clients to satisfy their needs.RESPONSIBILITIES
Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients to satisfy their needs
Ensure that each client receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, maintaining solid product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service
Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from franchise's marketing activities and self- generated marketing activities
Actively pursue self-generating leads by participating in local trade organizations, trade alliances with industry-related products/services, and relationships with local architects
Anticipate and participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events
Identify, qualify sales prospects, contact, and follow through to close per the company's documented sales process
Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales contracts
Develop and maintain current product knowledge of the deck, porch, and outdoor living product categories
Establish and maintain current client and potential client database list
Develop annual business plan in conjunction with the Business Owner which will focus the Design Consultant on meeting or exceeding sales quota
Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes
QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma or equivalent
2 years minimum of previous sales experience and a proven ability to achieve sales quotas
Basic knowledge of construction
Ability to learn how to read and interpret construction drawings
Strong reading, writing, arithmetic, and interpersonal communication skills
Familiarity and comfort with modern communication and computing technology
Interest in arts, design, and helping people
Ability to develop and deliver presentations
Ability to learn quickly to adapt to new environments/situations and innovate with regard to products, methods, and processes
Excellent driving record
Compensation: $30,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
