As a Senior Project Designer, you will oversee the entire design process, from concept development to project completion, ensuring technical accuracy, compliance with industry standards, and alignment with project objectives. Duties/Responsibilities: * Lead the development and refinement of design concepts that meet both client needs and project goals. Ensure that designs align with budget, schedule, and regulatory constraints. * Create detailed technical drawings, plans, and specifications using AutoCAD and other design software, ensuring compliance with industry standards, codes, and project specifications. * Work closely with engineers, architects, designers, and clients to integrate technical requirements, structural elements, and aesthetic design into cohesive project solutions. Oversee multidisciplinary collaboration to ensure seamless coordination throughout the design and construction process. * Participate in design reviews, making necessary modifications based on client and team feedback to ensure the project meets all objectives. Support project management by overseeing timelines, deliverables, and client communication, contributing to the successful execution of projects. * Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements: * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Adobe Suite software's and drafting techniques. * Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook. * Experience in Commercial, Retail, Restaurant, and Industrial projects is a plus. * Adaptable and receptive to instruction from others. * Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively with a team * Excellent oral, written and organizational skills. * Flexibility in work schedule to accommodate project deadlines. * Detail oriented, quality conscious, reliable and self-motivated. * Valid state-issued driver's license with a clean driving record Education and Experience: * Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field. * Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in design, with a strong focus on commercial and residential projects. * Expertise in AutoCAD and other design software; proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools is a plus.
