Collaborate with a team of onsite and offsite developers operating in an agile manner. Coordinate with IT operations to enable technology services to be delivered in a reliable, scalable, and secure manner. Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Financials is required (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management). Working knowledge of Oracle Fusion SCM (Procurement, Inventory, BOM, WIP, Order Management) is required or strongly preferred. Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite Financials and/or SCM is a plus. Experience with BI systems: Hyperion and OBIEE are required; ThoughtSpot is a plus. Knowledge of relational database systems with strong programming skills in SQL/PLSQL is required. Understanding of information management, data modeling, system integration, development methodologies, and web technologies (REST, WSDL, Node.js, Apache, etc.). Familiarity with cloud-based integrations and middleware (e.g., Oracle Integration Cloud or similar platforms) is a plus. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across all organizational levels. Must be self-motivated with strong analytical skills and the ability to meet aggressive deadlines with minimal supervision.
