Responsibilities * Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and structural systems on heavy equipment including excavators, loaders, dozers, haul trucks, graders, etc. * Repair and replace defective parts, such as bearings, gears, and hydraulic components * Conduct repairs and preventative maintenance of trucks and equipment either at the shop or on location of a breakdown * Use diagnostic tools and software to identify issues and determine repair procedures * Respond to field service calls and perform repairs on-site as needed * Operate heavy equipment to test repairs and ensure functionality * Perform scheduled maintenance and inspections according to manufacturer and company standards * Maintain accurate records of work performed, including parts used and labor time * Communicate effectively with supervisors and equipment operators to identify equipment problems * Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all company and regulatory safety standards * Qualified candidates must have excellent mechanical and problem-solving skills * Experience with brakes, tires, and other maintenance services * Must be familiar with both diesel and gas engines * A minimum of three years of experience * A valid driver's license in good standing (CDL and Inspection License are not required but would be a plus) * Must have own tools and a positive attitude Qualifications * Qualified candidates must have excellent mechanical and problem-solving skills * Experience with brakes, tires, and other maintenance services * Must be familiar with both diesel and gas engines * A minimum of three years of experience * A valid driver's license in good standing (CDL and Inspection License are not required but would be a plus) * Must have own tools and a positive attitude Benefits * Heath Insurance with 100% paid level * Vision & Dental Insurance * Earned Paid Time Off * Holiday Pay with no waiting period * 401(K) with Employer Match * Short & Long-Term Disability Insurance * Life Insurance * Profit Sharing * Training & Career Development Pay $32-$36 per hour to start, depending on experience.
