Develop product, clinical, workflow, and software knowledge, skills, and competence within the Nuclear Medicine and PET modality customers supporting GE Healthcare's radiopharmaceutical portfolio (Neurology, Cardiology, Oncology) and including DaTQUANT quantification software.
Collaborate and coordinate the delivery of on-site and virtual customer training, including pre-training coordination, patient go-live support, and ongoing post-go-live training and support as needed over the product's lifecycle. Participate in the company scheduling process for these events.
Build solid customer relations by interfacing directly with customers including physicians, nurses, technologists, scheduling, and business office staff. Serve as the interface between the customer and GE.
Collaborate with Field Sales teams to support pre-sale product activities such as image reviews, DaTQUANT quantification demos, technical product support, or similar activities.
Present on GEHC MI products at conferences, speaking events, and customer events as needed to support clinical education of products. Present CE credits to technologists. Present Reader Training to Imagers.
Communicate all relevant product offering intelligence including customer concerns, opportunities, and competitive information to appropriate internal parties such as Management, Supply, Field Sales, Marketing, Market Access, and Medical Affairs. On request, participate in company work streams around clinical and business processes.
Basic understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. Good understanding of how the work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.
May have some autonomy to make decisions within a defined framework. Resolves issues in situations that require good technical knowledge and judgment within established procedures. Consults more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters.

Collaborate with CMO partners as needed to support customers and market growth.

Qualifications
CNMT or equivalent specific Nuclear Medicine modality certification.
4+ years of clinical imaging experience including a minimum of 3 years' experience with Nuclear Medicine and PET modalities; Cardiac experience preferred.
Comfortable in a clinical/patient environment.
Required to travel extensively 85+% (4-5 days per week including overnights and some weekends) within the US and Canada (USCAN) via multiple modes of transportation (car, air travel, train, etc.) as necessary for onsite customer education and training.
Residence located no more than 1 hour from a major airport.
Proficient use of software applications, such as Windows Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, and navigating other computer and web-based tools (intranet/internet/apps); CRM
Ability to learn specialized industry-specific software and provide digital education and training solutions. Preference for familiarity with viewing software such as MIM, Hermes, and Syngo.
Must register with one or more vendor credentialing services by various customer hospitals. This requires but is not limited to, proof of immunization for mumps, measles, and rubella (MMR) and hepatitis and drug testing /screening.

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $120,000.00-$180,000.00 Annual. Reporting to the Director of Operations Analytics & Workforce Optimization, the Analyst, Clinical Operations Workforce Optimization will ensure the right people and capacity are in place within the Clinical Operations department to meet member needs efficiently. This role is part of the Operations Analytics & Workforce Optimization team-within the broader Operations Intelligence function-and plays a critical role in driving efficient service delivery and strategic workforce planning. This is a full time, fully-remote position, though the ability to be onsite in our NYC office once a week is preferred.
What you'll do:
Own forecasting of inbound volume to Clinical Operations, broken down by team and request category.
Develop and manage dynamic staffing models to guide Clinical Operations headcount planning.
Lead short-term scheduling efforts, including shift planning, RTA, and developing and monitoring key performance metrics such as adherence, occupancy, and shrinkage.
Translate complex analytics into actionable insights to drive operational efficiency and resourcing decisions, leveraging AI functionality wherever possible.
Serve as a strategic partner to Clinical Operations leadership, providing guidance on resourcing decisions and capacity planning.
Act as the primary liaison for Clinical Operations workforce optimization in cross-functional initiatives, collaborating with teams such as Product, Marketing, and Customer Success.

PURPOSE The Clinical Strategist is responsible for the management and successful delivery of clinicalservices supporting the success of the Radimetrics Enterprise Platform within the US healthcare environment. YOUR KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Planning, execution and follow-up associated with the clinical implementation of the RadimetricsTM Enterprise Platform to include clinical configuration and setup, network configuration, and software integration. Ensure all solutions are implemented according to Bayer R&I standards, in a manner that is also compliant for the customer.
+ Understand operational, technical and clinical objectives of the RadimetricsTM Enterprise Platform application and interfaces as well as overseeing and refining the delivery methodology including tracking delivery metrics, establishing deadlines and providing status reports to the informatics leadership and project management teams.

+ Develop and activate standard operating procedures that support consistency and scale of our clinicalinformaticsservices.
+ Ensure Bayer's informatics solutions are clinically operating as intended within the specific operating practices and workflows of the hospital to include the identification, troubleshooting and resolution of any issues uncovered consistently across the US. Ensure that the ClinicalInformatics Specialists work closely with the hospital staff at various levels, including C-suite, to ensure Bayer's solutions are providing complete, accurate, and meaningful information and value.
+ Ensuring the consistent delivery of education services, formal and informal, on Bayer's informatics solutions to include multiple stakeholders and roles within a customer site. Beyond hands-on training of the solution, this responsibility would also extend to effectively promoting the value of Bayer's solutions, creating enthusiasm within a customer site and encouraging adoption/utilization.
+ Drive constant process improvement for all clinicalservices through customer and employee feedback, Outcomes GAP analysis and direct observation.
+ Ensuring the ongoing support to installed base of RadimetricsTM Enterprise Platform customers, troubleshooting clinical issues as escalated, providing onsite and virtual training as defined by the project's statement of work. + Drive the creation of customized project management implementation plans through detailed site and clinical workflow analysis; execute customized implementation plan with focus on maximizing value to the customer through process integration, individual site needs, future IT roadmap and desired clinical outcomes. + Building and maintaining effective relationships with Bayer R&I customers, Imaging Informatics contacts and OEM representatives (scanner, PACS, SR, HIS/RIS). Participating in pre-sales activities as requested to support the Sales force.
+ Developing and managing experts on the solutions, services, and processes and training that support Bayer's Informatics platforms. Demonstrating initiative/self-learning to improve continuous knowledge-building in the Healthcare Imaging Informatics landscape.
+ Strategically manage, refine and activate Bayer's delivery of Clinical Education Services, Adoption Services and Customer Success Services with the goal of supporting the customer lifecycle from sale to clinical value and goal realization.
+ Cross-functionally supporting the business by attending key trade shows and conventions to evaluate new solutions, competition and emerging customer needs. Research information on competition and their strategies. Obtaining/maintaining relevant industry certifications. + Partnering and collaborating with other PSO management to ensure seamless delivery and success Bayer's Professional Service offerings.
+ Developing and Implementing additional Professional Service offerings in the form of additional Education Services, Consulting, Data Analytics and customized high touch clinical support to aid customers in achieving clinical outcomes utilizing Bayer's informatics products.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
+ A minimum of 10 years of overall experience with 5 years Imaging Informatics experience as a Technologist, PACS/RIS/HIS/SR Administrator and/or related SW-HW product/device manager.
+ Detailed understanding of clinical workflow and ability to conduct site and workflow analysis with consultative, strategic conclusions.
+ Experience in troubleshooting, diagnostics and resolution of healthcare software solutions.
+ Understanding of the Radiology suites and diagnostic scanning environments.
+ Strong communication and presentation skills.
+ Ability to manage objections and drive to group consensus.
+ Strong detail orientation, organizational skills and time management.
+ Willingness to travel significantly (70%+)
+ Ability to operate a motor vehicle.
+ Strong competency in Customer Focus, Driving for Results, Integrity &Trust, Ethics & Values and Compassion.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Employees can expect to be paid a salary of between $125,000 - $187,000. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Position in this function shows ability and competency to work on most phases of application systems analysis, workflow analysis, build, design, testing and programming activities but requires instruction/guidance/mentoring in other phases. May be responsible to work on a team or project team(s) in the capacity to be a member of the project or lead a phase of the project. Has the ability and can multi-task. May be responsible to work or lead business owners, stakeholders, and IT personal to assess project needs as guided by management. Supports implementation and upgrades to clinical and bio-medical applications as required. Provide weekly status updates on project(s) progress to team lead or management. Position will require travel to KSC clinic locations for implementation, training and support. Other duties as assigned.

**Primary Responsibilities:**
+ 10% Project Management: Participate on projects as assigned in accordance with standard KSC project management and documentation standards with guidance from team lead/management. Has some Project Management skills and has the ability to learn build, testing, and document in accordance with KSC PMO standards. Maintain complete and up to date project documentation for all assigned projects and requested by Project leads. Work with project team leads/members so that defined objectives and benefits are achieved. Serves as a member to assigned user group(s) or IT groups
+ 10% Teamwork: Establish strong working relationships with project lead(s), team, and of other application teams/management to ensure proposed system changes are thoroughly vetted and potentially adverse downstream consequences are discovered. Learning to develop and communicate risk mitigation strategies. Participate/support in Help Desk service, working service desk tickets, and 24 x 7 on call program, along with other team members
+ 10% System Development: Under general supervision, diagnose and resolve problems. Define and document business/clinical system requirements and workflows as required by project. Configure system settings and master files to meet business requirements, sign off may be required by project lead. Provide or support system go lives and problem resolution. Begin to achieve a higher level application knowledge, proficiency, and problem solving skills as guided by IT management. Can deliver work that is consistently accurate, precise, thorough, neat, ethical, and reliable. Has some knowledge of quality standards and follows applicable quality guidelines. Understands concepts of process improvement and results to improve the quality of services. Completes all duties as assigned in the required timeframes. + 10% System Support: Under general supervision, ongoing application support, problem resolution and question and answer services. Participate in Application Service Desk duty and 24 x 7 on call program with other team members. Assists application analysts and Help Desk with support of resolving help desk tickets
+ 10% Proficiency: Begin to maintain and develop competency level application knowledge, proficiency and problem solving skills, as well as follow KSC IT project management tools and processes, change management/control and service procedures
+ 10% Communication/Customer Relations: Maintains an effective working relationships with project teams, IT management, Clinical and/or business leadership. Ability to maintain working relationships with application vendor technical staff as directed by project assignments. Ability to facilitate rapid problem resolution and service delivery, where vendor services are needed. Possesses the ability to effectively communicate relevant information, in a clear and concise manner, at all levels of the organization. Promotes and practices effective listening skills in all interpersonal contacts. Demonstrates competence in grammar and clarity in all oral and written communication
+ 10% Optimization: Begin to learn and participate on implementation efforts for system improvements in accordance with KSC project management tools and processes, standard change control and change management procedures. **Required Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
+ 3+ years of experience in applicable healthcare clinical operations, or Epic Application or other similar healthcare application systems design, configuration or support
+ Understanding of physician practice operations, and ways improved information management can lead to clinical, operating and financial improvement in a health care organization. Proficiency in use of desktop computer systems (Windows, Microsoft Office, email) and some experience in use of clinical or practice management systems in medical practice
+ Proven to have a positive and "can do" attitude. Ability to learn quickly, and to obtain Epic System Proficiency level certification (as defined by Epic) and/or other clinical system certifications
+ Proven ability to translate clinical and operating requirements into clear, specific and actionable system configurations and ability to implement those configurations. Ability to test and audit personally developed system configurations, in order to assure functional accuracy
+ Proven excellent communication, relationship, teamwork and project management skills
+ Proven communication, presentation, project management, teamwork, problem solving and technical skills are also required.
+ Valid Texas Driver's License
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Clinical Degree
+ 5+ years of experience
+ Demonstrable knowledge of clinical data sets (CPT, HCPCS, ICD-9, etc)
+ Proven participated on clinical projects and implementations successfully
