Job Duties • Assist with reducing the loss of inventory, time, and assets. • Maintain a high degree of integrity, honesty, and professionalism in carrying out all responsibilities. • Address shoplifters professionally. • Work the floor alongside staff to set an example, promote a positive environment, and stay in touch with employees and customers. • Supervise day-to-day operations. • Other duties as assigned. Requirements • Some experience with retail loss prevention or asset protection. • Engage in standing/walking 6-8 hours at a time. • Schedule may entail nights, weekends, and holidays. • Must be 18 or older. • Must be able to travel between both stores. • Must pass a required criminal background check. Preferred Skills • Two or three professional references preferred. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Basic computer, math, and data entry skills. • Basic filing and record-keeping skills. • Proficient with Google Drive and Microsoft Office programs. • Knowledge of perishables, product rotation, and safe food handling practices.
