Truck Driver No Experience
Driver job in Laredo, TX
You studied hard to get your Class A CDL but no one will hire you because you have no experience yet. We will. In order to qualify, you have to had graduated from at least 120 hour training Academy in the last 2 years. You must be fluent in English.
Many carrier's can't afford to pay the insurance rates for a new driver. That is why you see ads asking for the drivers to have at least 1-2 years OTR experience ect.
We are a billion dollar carrier so we are able to offer trainee's very lucrative career choices.
We are hiring 16 Class A CDL drivers at entry level position in the next two weeks.
Freight is picking up and we have trucks sitting empty.
Once you are hired you then go out for thirty days all over the country for OTR training. This is thirty days straight.
No days off, just like basic training in the military. This is only for your first thirty days.
Upon successful completion you will be hired on a permanent basis.
For your first thirty days pay is a salary of $650.00 per week. Once you completed training you will start bringing in huge pay checks ranging from $1100~$1600 per week on average.
Currently we have 16 positions for entry level Class A Regional and OTR drivers. Regional drivers get home weekly and sometimes during their work week. OTR drivers stay out 10-14 days normally before getting home for your days off.
When you first complete training you must be willing to run OTR if no other runs are available that you'd like. Once you are hired you will have access to many regional and dedicated runs.
It's just a matter of being patient for a few weeks or so to get what you want.
The approval process is quick. After your approval you will be scheduled for our 1 1/2 day orientation locally. Once finished you will go out with a trainer for 4 weeks for OTR training.
The goal is to shape you into a great confidant safe successful driver.
After training you need to unwind. You will take 2-5 days off at home with your family. Then come back and talk with your terminal manager to discuss which position is a great fit for you.
After which you then get moved into your own company truck and a big pay raise. Running dedicated, regional and OTR runs ect.
We have several divisions. We also run Flatbeds and reefers. If you are interested in Flatbed just ask your recruiter to get you signed up for the Flatbed division.
We do offer a tie down class in Laredo for those trainee's that would like to get into the Flatbed division.
When you work with us we won't keep you in training for extended periods of time. We allow you to move up quickly making big pay checks. We offer several divisions. Van, Reefer and Flatbed.
We are currently offering Academy tuition reimbursement up to 1,000. We will pay you back what you paid for your training up to 1,000.
We have an excellent benefit package to include
Medical plans
Prescription drug plans
Dental plan
Free college tuition
Vision plan
401K
Employee assistance program
Employee stock purchase program
Disability
Life
Group accident
Critical illness
Our vacation benefit is second to none…
Our vacation benefit typically gives our employee's twenty to thirty days off a year. Paid time off is one of our companies most appreciated benefits. Besides healthcare, when we asked our employees 50% of employees said it is the most important benefit.
No one is offering the benefits and career choices like we do. That is why we have one of the best driver retention rates in the industry. This is why we are a top rated carrier. After you get hired with us you won't want to leave.
We also just acquired a 1.3 Billion dollar LTL carrier (less than truck load) one of the best LTL carriers in America. This means more choices for runs and home times that are opening for you to choose from.
We use excellent maintained trucks that won't have you broken down on the side of the road.

You'll be out for 7-9 days at a time, and earn 1 full day off for every 7 days you're out in addition to a rolling weekly reset. Your time off doesn't begin until the day after you get home - so you're not losing hours the second you park.
No-touch freight makes up the majority of your hauls, with 85-90% drop and hook efficiency. You'll never run to NYC, keeping your routes clean and manageable.
Equipment You Can Count On:
We put you in a Kenworth T680 automatic with Smart Idle, 1500-watt inverter, double bunk, bunk heater, and a brand-new mattress. These trucks are serviced every six months to reduce breakdowns and keep your wheels turning.
Driver Support Network:
You'll have access to 30+ terminals across the U.S. Many of these locations include truck washes, gyms, and laundry so you can stay sharp and comfortable while on the road.
Compensation Doesn't Stop at Mileage:
We also have accessorial pay, plus:
Detention pay: $16/hour after 2 hours
Layover pay: $125 per day after 48 hours
Holiday pay: $60 per day
Optional Hazmat
Per diem available
Benefits: United Healthcare starting at 60 days, and 401(k) with company match at 90 days through Fidelity. Orientation is 3 days long and held in Joplin, Dallas, or Atlanta, and we cover travel with a rental car or bus ticket.
With consistent miles, flexible home time, paid extras, and access to terminals that support your lifestyle, this is a role built for drivers who want to run smart, not just hard. If you're looking for a carrier that respects your experience and keeps you moving without the runaround - this is your lane.
