You studied hard to get your Class A CDL but no one will hire you because you have no experience yet. We will. In order to qualify, you have to had graduated from at least 120 hour training Academy in the last 2 years. You must be fluent in English. Many carrier's can't afford to pay the insurance rates for a new driver. That is why you see ads asking for the drivers to have at least 1-2 years OTR experience ect. We are a billion dollar carrier so we are able to offer trainee's very lucrative career choices. We are hiring 16 Class A CDL drivers at entry level position in the next two weeks. Freight is picking up and we have trucks sitting empty. Once you are hired you then go out for thirty days all over the country for OTR training. This is thirty days straight. No days off, just like basic training in the military. This is only for your first thirty days. Upon successful completion you will be hired on a permanent basis. For your first thirty days pay is a salary of $650.00 per week. Once you completed training you will start bringing in huge pay checks ranging from $1100~$1600 per week on average. Currently we have 16 positions for entry level Class A Regional and OTR drivers. Regional drivers get home weekly and sometimes during their work week. OTR drivers stay out 10-14 days normally before getting home for your days off. When you first complete training you must be willing to run OTR if no other runs are available that you'd like. Once you are hired you will have access to many regional and dedicated runs. It's just a matter of being patient for a few weeks or so to get what you want. The approval process is quick. After your approval you will be scheduled for our 1 1/2 day orientation locally. Once finished you will go out with a trainer for 4 weeks for OTR training.
