Get hands-on with keeping the store running smoothly! You'll help maintain fully stocked shelves, pick and pack orders, price items, and unload trucks. If you love staying active and enjoy a little variety in your day, this role's for you!
Stock Associate Key Responsibilities:
Fulfill stock orders and deliver to terminal stores
Count incoming merchandise and report shortages/overages to management
Receive and unload truck deliveries
Replenish stock on the sales floor
Assist with inventory checks and reconcile variances
Notify management of out-of-stock merchandise
Maintain a secure stock area and protect company assets
Assist with stocking in stores and backrooms
Ensure a safe and clean environment for employees
Help with trash removal and recycling
Required Qualifications:

Job Description

Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product inquiries, purchases, and returns.
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail environment.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with replenishment and merchandising activities as needed.
Train and coach sales associates on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies and procedures.
Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with management to develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
The Sales Lead may be assigned to the Key Holder role and assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and reconciliations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver exceptional customer service that consistently exceeds expectations.
Assemble and adjust bicycles accurately and efficiently, ensuring full equipment integrity.
Complete all paperwork and service logs thoroughly and correctly.
Report discrepancies and follow proper procedures for timely resolution.
Maintain professional communication with supervisors and team members.
Identify and report any manufacturer defects, damage, or missing parts before beginning a build.
Communicate any unusual issues requiring additional assistance to ensure timely, high-standard completion.
Follow all safety guidelines for lifting and using tools and equipment.
Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe.
REQUIREMENTS
Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and accurately.
Availability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including evenings and weekends.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of all bike-building standards for various models.
Basic computer skills.
Contributing to sales results by learning product knowledge and services, and communicating these effectively to the customer.
Preferred: Bike industry, retail, and/or Customer Service experience.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Create a great first impression of our store to all customers by greeting them with enthusiasm and a genuine smile as they enter our store.
Ensure you deliver exceptional Customer Service that is consistent and beyond expectations.
Know the location of all merchandise in the store so that you can promptly and correctly direct them to the area of the store with the items they are seeking.
Remain familiar with the merchandise carried in the store in order to answer basic customer questions.
Know each store employee's areas of expertise to assist customers.
Be prepared to assist on the sales floor and other areas of the store, as business needs dictate.
Ensure that you are aware of current advertised items and specials.
Perform all cash register/point-of-sale functions accurately and efficiently, such as: sales, returns, exchanges, credit card sales, layaways, special orders, transfer in/out, etc.
Process all forms of payment according to policy.
Open and close the cash register daily without need for supervision.
Maintain an organized, clean and well stock Front Desk/Cash Wrap area.
Answer the telephone in a polite and enthusiastic manner; then direct the call to the appropriate department or employee.
Be readily able to give clear and concise directions to the store to calling customers.
Notify management of any suspicious people or situations.
Loss Prevention, maintain accurate cash control and minimize inventory losses.
REQUIREMENTS

Preferred: Cashier experience
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Strong basic math skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
