Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain all cleaning equipment, supplies, and products; ensure safe and sanitary storage and care of products
Perform general sweeping, scrubbing, mopping of hardwood, laminate, or tiled floors as needed
In charge of vacuuming equipment; vacuums and cleans carpets, performs further treatments such as shampoo or stain-removal as needed
Disposal of trash from bins and containers
Dust and polish furniture and room accessories as needed
Scrub sinks, basins, bathtubs, showers, and toilets in private and public bathrooms
Change of linens, and gather used linens such as sheets or towels for laundering
Clean windows, glass surfaces, mirrors, and counters as needed
Keep all public spaces neat and tidy
Report repairs and replacements needed when encountered on job

Education and Experience Qualifications:
Preferred high school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience; or knowledge, skills, and ability equivalent to 2 years of high school education.

Physically able to push vacuum cleaner for extended periods of time.
Ability to lift up to 25 to 30 pounds.

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE
You'll perform service work in the Hallmark department of various retail stores such as grocery stores, drug stores, department stores, and mass retailers. The retail merchandiser position consists of three major components:
Day-to-day engagement: Utilizing a mobile device provided by Hallmark, you'll restock, organize, and monitor the inventory of Hallmark products within and outside the Hallmark department. The use of technology is critical in this role, for the day-to-day work as well as communication with your supervisor, reporting time, providing feedback, and answering surveys for required merchandising activities. Professional and courteous interaction with store employees, management, and customers is also vital for success in this role. You are responsible for the entire Hallmark product display at your assigned stores.
Holiday support: Hallmark's operations revolve around seasonal demand. A few of the primary responsibilities include:
Provides excellent customer service to customers by building loyalty and repeat business.
Champions Thrifty White programs to patients such as Ready Refill, Medication Synchronization and HealthyPackRx and assists with enrolling patients.
Supports the Pharmacist in Clinical Service offerings.
Counts, measures, and packages medication in the appropriate container under pharmacists supervision and final approval to accurately fill prescriptions.
Inputs prescriptions into the computer for accurate transmission to insurance companies.
Applicants must:
Be at least 18 years of age;
Have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
