Basic Requirements:

Responsibilities
* Support Civil-Military Programs (CMP) Director's daily work cadence, prepare briefings, communications, and administrative products as needed for effective CMP resource management.
* Edit and process executive correspondence packages for senior leader signature, including congressional letters and reports, decision memoranda, DoD policies and directives, and responses to incoming mail.
* Support the CMP Director to provide subject-matter expertise in handling inquiries, developing action plans, and preparing and disseminating communications materials pertaining to civil-military programs.
* Manage executive calendars within MS Outlook. Coordinate with other offices across Reserve Integration and its business partners to reconcile availability and coordinate schedules. Proactively review schedules and make necessary updates.
* Interface with other Department of Defense senior leaders, including from interagency and external partners, to schedule and attend meetings and discussions.
* Facilitate weekly calls with Reserve Integration counterparts to discuss latest hot topics and issues.
* Utilize the Correspondence and Task Management System (CATMS) to respond to incoming taskers then task packages forward for signature.
* Manage CATMS for the CMP office. Coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure completeness of issuance and directives correspondence packages from beginning to end.
* Ensure written correspondence products meet Department of War standards, guidelines, and updated business rules for written material.

Job Description
Catapult Consultants is looking for an experienced Project or Program Manager to join our Civilian Healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have experience with managing and delivering a range of projects (technical and/or programmatic) for the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), specifically within the Operating Divisions that closely align with Catapult's current and future business. Among others, these include the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and the Administration for Children and Families (ACF), to include the Office of Head Start (OHS), the Office of Regional Operations and the specific Regions.
This person will report to the Vice President of Civilian Programs and will be instrumental in leading day-to-day operations of a client project, or projects, and will contribute to strategic development for our Healthcare client group. Depending on the scope, size and nature of these projects, this individual would have responsibility for one or several projects for our Federal Government customers. PMs managing a single project should be capable of managing a team of up to 30 individuals that might include subcontractors. Day-to-day client relationship management is a key component of the role.

Develop communication assets for external engagements related to EA and PP work.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of seven (7) years of relevant experience are required. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Experience drafting energy-related proposed decisions or orders at FERC, a State Public Utility Commission, or related entity.

Contract awards and management:
Participate in preparation of/and or review proposed Statement of Work (SOWs) and Statements of Objectives (SOOs) with contracting personnel and other program support contractors;

Responsibilities
This position will serve as an environmental compliance specialist responsible for assisting a federal agency in executing their environmental program and complying with environmental laws and regulations, such as the Clean Air Act (CAA), Clean Water Act (CWA), Oil Pollution Prevention procedures outlined in 40 CFR 112, and Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA). Monitor and guide environmental compliance to ensure facilities are operated and maintained in compliance with CBP environmental policy and applicable federal, state, and local environmental regulations.
Facilitate the successful planning and execution of a variety of environmental program meetings and ad hoc integrated project teams.
Prepare routine and periodic facility environmental reporting to Federal, State and local regulatory agencies.
Prepare and conduct site facility personnel training to ensure compliance with environmental policy and guidance.
Assist program and project level acquisition support to include assisting with the compiling and documenting project requirements, scoping documents, market research, cost estimates, and monitoring and reporting procurement timelines and milestones.
Track and capture all ongoing environmental actions for assigned projects and update periodic reports to SharePoint and other tracking systems of record.

Qualifications
3+ years' experience in environmental compliance program development and implementation for federal agencies.
BS degree in environmental science, biology, environmental engineering, or related discipline
Experience developing and delivering environmental training to environmental and project staff, as well as facility operators.
