Key Responsibilities:

The Part-time Retail Associate performs management-assigned duties, which may include but may not be limited to, stocking and maintaining a store section, carry-out services and store cleaning.

Job Description
In this role: The Expanded Learning Operations Assistant plays a key role in maintaining a safe, clean and welcoming environment for students, families and staff during after school hours. This position is responsible for monitoring student dismissal, verifying authorized pick ups, providing campus supervision, and supporting family communication.
Essential duties:
Manage program dismissal and ensure students are released to authorized individuals.
Monitor sign-out sheets/digital dismissal system
Greet families at pickup with professionalism and communicate respectfully and clearly with parents
Communicate with parents if a student feels unwell or is not picked up on time.
Direct campus visitors to appropriate locations.
Maintain clear communication with staff via two-way radio during shifts.
Document incidents, injuries, or safety concerns and report to supervisors.
Provide support during family events hosted during after school hours
Help manage gates or traffic zones to support a safe and smooth dismissal.
Support in checking classrooms or shared spaces after use.
Ensure radios are charged, distributed to staff at the beginning of the shift, and returned at the end of the day.
Conduct a final sweep of the campus at the end of the program day to turn off lights/projectors, close doors, and lock designated areas.
Provide support to mentors and program staff.

Corcoran Unified School District is comprised of three elementary schools as well as a middle school, a comprehensive high school, a continuation school and an online independent study school. The district also boasts an adult school and a pre-school program. The District is enjoying recent growth with an increasing enrollment of 3400. The District is also unique with non-traditional grade-specific schools (K-1, 2-3, 4-5). The middle school serves grades 6-8 student while the high school, with a population of over 900 students, is a traditional grades 9-12 school. •Directs and supervises the work of assistants, rehab aides and students as applicable with State and Federal guidelines.
•Follows all organizational and facility safety procedures regarding one's personal protection and patient safety.
•Develops treatment plan and provides treatment, consistent with benefit and reimbursement level, to assure best functional outcome for patient.
•Appropriately and effectively completes documentation including evaluations, daily progress notes, summaries, or monthly reports as required.
•Assures compliance with Physical Therapy code of ethics and PT practice in the State of California.
•Educates staff, other health care professionals and third party payers on the benefits and functional outcomes of intervention.
•Participates in: care plan meetings, rehab meetings and family training, in order to communicate patient status during therapy.
•Attends continuing education seminars/workshops to keep abreast of new clinical skills, programs or techniques. Provides in-service training sessions or other educational presentations to company, team or facility in order to enhance one's clinical and professional knowledge and skills.
•Maintains appropriate state licensure, certification and credentialing.
•Submits billing, payroll, and expense documentation in a timely manner.
•Makes appropriate referrals to other members of the rehab team.
•Conforms to all safety rules and use all appropriate safety equipment.
•Anything else as your supervisor and/or upper management may assign and/or require.
TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS:
May be exposed to blood, body fluids, burns, infectious diseases, air contaminants (including tobacco smoke), hazardous chemicals, and to the Hepatitis B virus, and will be responsible for following company safety policies and procedures and Health Department regulations regarding contact with any of the above.
Qualifications
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Education required: Minimum of Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy.
Masters degree in Physical Therapy preferred.
Licensure/Certification: Licensure or Certification, as required by State guidelines. CPR Certification
Experience: 1 year Physical Therapy experience preferred. 1-2 years experience in a residential/assisted living or
skilled nursing facility preferred.
