Brian Watson is a Chief Executive Officer at Blis Technologies Limited. He has worked as Mgr:Preparedness & Response at Fonterra.

John leads the Scientific Services Division (SSD) of Blis Technologies (www.blis.co.nz). Blis is the developer of probiotics (good bacetria) for application to the the oral cavity and skin. The SSD focuses on the core research and development behind both current and new probiotic strains. John has gained experience working in a commercial scientific setting ensuring that our R and D activities across core research, development requirements, clinical trials regulatory, IP, fermentation and quality control comply with the appropriate requirements.

Further, John holds an adjunct role at the Dept Microbiology and Immunology at University of Otago and continues to bridge academic with commercial science.

John frequently presents the exciting science of the Blis bacteria to a wide range of interest groups.

Julie Curphey is a Chief Marketing Officer at Blis Technologies Limited and is based in Dunedin, Otago Region Regional Council, New Zealand. She has worked as Chief Marketing Officer at ADInstruments, Chairperson at British HealthCare Business Intelligence Association (BHBIA), and Research Director at Research International. Julie attended The University Of Western Australia (UWA) between 2000 and 2001 and UNIVERSITY OF OTAGO between 1989 and 1992.
