Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Installation, servicing, troubleshooting, and removal of all alcohol monitoring devices Fulfill daily operational duties of assigned facility which include: Operate a clean, organized and hazard free work environment Conducts training sessions covering use of products to customers Maintain a positive and caring atmosphere for customers and employees Consistently perform monthly inventory audits Assist other shops in surrounding area when applicable Management of daily hours, ensuring 40 hours or less weekly Correspondence with management and/or lead technicians when challenges are presented Maintain the integrity, confidentiality, and security of client information Adherence to all state and federal rule, regulation and statute Any other duty, as assigned Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent 1 years' experience with 12V 1 years' experience in a customer service role Basic computer skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Detail orientation PHYSICAL DEMANDS The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
