The Junior Automation Controls Engineer will primarily focus on supporting products manufactured in the High Point facility. This role involves providing highly-skilled technical support for industrial machinery problem diagnostics, commissioning new automation and its control systems, and supporting repair operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with complex PLCs, HMIs, motors, drives, control systems, safety devices/circuits, and automation hardware/software. Assist with designing, installing, commissioning, and start-up of new automation equipment at Amada facilities or customer sites.
