Job Responsibilities Maintain and promote strict adherence to all safety rules, regulations, and company policies. Provide maintenance engineering support to the electrical team. Help develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for new and existing equipment. Integrate maintenance tasks required for new equipment and installations into existing maintenance plans. Design and implement control system architecture upgrades or enhancements. Evaluate chronic failures and RCA actions to develop and implement long term improvements. Lead and participate in Root Cause Failure Analysis for downtime events that meet trigger criteria. Ensure high reliability through evaluations of critical spare parts availability. Perform lifecycle analysis on electrical and control system equipment and generate EOL/obsolescence plans. Provide technical support to troubleshoot and repair complex industrial equipment and systems including medium and low voltage VFDs, PLC, HMI, plant control systems, and instrumentation systems.
