**Minimum Qualifications**
+ Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program. Relevant fields include Electricalengineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent academic certification.
+ Foundational understanding of hardware engineering principles, including experience with hardware design and tools (e.g., Altium, Cadence, Mentor Graphics) and simulation software.
+ Familiarity with hardware testing and debugging techniques using lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and multimeters.

+ .75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota;
+ 1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;
+ 1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and
+ Once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.
For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay 0% up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.

Principal Responsibilities:
Provide technical, troubleshooting and maintenance support to all ASU, CO2, H2 and He plants within the fleet for all electrical issues, including 138kV substations, High/Medium/Low voltage switchgear, Motor Control Centers, Variable Frequency Drives, Battery & UPS system, DCS & PLC Controls, large motors up to 35,000HP. Excitation controls, and reduced voltage motor starting equipment.
Support the Regions with the development of the detailed electrical major maintenance work scope, budget, contractor selection, execution strategy.
Identify new and assess the effectiveness of existing electrically related condition-based monitoring (CBM) tools, techniques and practices. Review electrically related CBM and reliability reports and data and agree specific actions, as indicated, with the Signature Analysis, Infrared inspection, vibration, ultrasonic, etc.
Provide electrical technical support, review and approval of changes using the Engineering Management of Change (EMOC) process. Assist local personnel in developing proper engineering documentation for performing any changes.
Create or review and approving the application of electrical equipment PM's, work instructions, and related procedures. Review the quality and completeness of electrical PM execution at plant location.
Support operations in the field for major maintenance, upgrades, new plant checkout and commissioning. Perform full loop checks and functional testing of equipment in test position, prior to plant startup. Provide support during plant restart.
Provide electrical equipment scope, proposal estimates, technical documents and execution support to the Project Execution team for large capital improvements projects and re-life projects.
Supervise and assess the technical competency of electrical contractors and service providers to ensure proper scope is assigned and the expected quality is received.
Responsible for understanding, applying and training NFPA 70E to plant personnel as well as reviewing contractor electrical safety practices.
Perform general electrical training at site locations.
Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree in ElectricalEngineering required.
Minimum 10 years of electricalengineering experience in Operations Support, Reliability or Engineering and Installation of Industrial Process Plants, power distribution required.
Ability to travel 30-40% (60-80 nights/year)
Qualifications:
Demonstrated exceptional operational safety leadership.
Proven experience in the installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of low/medium/high voltage substations, switchgear, transformers, motors, distribution systems and associated protection and support equipment.

Work with Process Engineering, Process Systems (P&ID development), and Controls Engineering disciplines to ensure I&E scope satisfies all process, safety, and operation requirements.
Develop, modify, and adhere to internal engineering ,standards, practices, and specifications, ensuring compliance with customer and industrial standards and requirements.
Conduct specification reviews, identifying any exceptions or areas requiring clarification and ensuring Honeywell LNG practices remain state of the art.
Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary engineering teams and project groups to ensure cohesive project execution, exchanging essential task-level information between team members and departments.
Provide support to engineering disciplines outside of, but related to, I&E such as process controls engineering, safety engineering, and mechanical systems engineering. .
Identify and communicate incidents of non-compliance and propose actionable recommendations to resolve issues.
Identify opportunities for technical improvements within processes and designs

The Electrical Systems Engineer primary responsibility is to ensure 24-hour reliability of all process control and environmental systems. The qualified candidate will be responsible for performing a wide range of duties including

The ElectricalEngineer, New Graduate will also be a part of the Amrize Build4Growth Program. This is an extensive, 14-month cement manufacturing learning and development program designed to provide new graduate engineers with foundational knowledge and experience on the main operational areas of our cement plants. This program is built on a blended learning approach including online learning, face-to-face sessions, on-the-job assignments, and projects.
**WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH**
+ Maintain and create up to date system functionality documentation providing commissioning support for all new or modified programming. This includes follow up training and coaching for clear understanding (example: Kiln Inlet Analyzer operation)
+ Electrical preventive and predictive maintenance programs. This includes conducting systematic inspections on all plant electrical equipment, collection of quantitative data, its' organization and analysis using a variety of traditional as well as technically advanced diagnostic tools. The electricalengineer shall assess the condition of the process and machinery accurately, assess risk and identify the appropriate corrective actions based on technical analysis and risk management.
+ Provide plant specific IT support for all process systems and provide point of contact for corporate IT with business systems (PC upgrade plan, CAT 5, fiber, switches, etc.)
+ Responsible for the accurate documentation of electrical schematics and stores spare parts inventory.
+ Ensure all system-programming meets with proper environmental compliance.
+ Maintain system documentation including but not limited to master equipment files, regulatory compliance files, equipment specifications, and repair history
+ Evaluate computer control equipment and their components to assure they meet the plant requirements.
+ Provide operational support by aiding in troubleshooting system including but not limited to optimizing control loops, validating alarms and verifying field signals providing expert advice on all environmental compliance systems.
