A MetroWall Field Engineer plays a critical role in ensuring the successful installation of commercial interior glass wall systems. Responsibilities
Project Quality Assurance

Field Measurement Perform accurate measurements of openings. Verify work order drawings to ensure all metal and glass sizes are correct & ready to be released to production.
On-Site Collaboration: Collaborate with Project Managers, other trades, clients, architects, and more to resolve on-site technical challenges and ensure project milestones are achieved.
Work Order Verification Use mathematical system formulas to verify work order drawings, ensuring all metal, glass, and door dimensions are correct based on the drawings, specifications, and site conditions. Mark up work orders with corrections, sketches, and other critical information.
Punch List Completion: Complete punch list walkthroughs, ensuring the system was installed per the shop drawings, utilizing the installation checklist to ensure the installation quality meets MetroWall standards, and confirming the client is satisfied with the installation.
Client Surveys: Providing the client with a post-installation survey in person, allowing them to submit their feedback and suggestions.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in office front installation, field engineering, Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
Strong understanding of construction methods, safety standards, and quality control processes
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to measure spaces, using laser levels, distance meters, tape measures, templates, & more

Roles and Responsibilities
* The Advanced Lead Engineer will demonstrate leadership in communicating business, program, and process goals for proposals and technology maturation activities.
* Lead the design and development of advanced electrical systems, components, and architectures for aerospace applications.
* Perform detailed analysis, modeling, and simulation of electrical systems to ensure performance, reliability, and compliance with industry standards.

* Utilize best practices for TRL and MRL advancement to move projects from New Technology Introduction (NTI) towards New Product Introduction (NPI)

Required Qualifications
* Active Military personnel on their last 180 days of Military service
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited college or university, with a focus in Electronics, Power Electronics, Digital Control Systems, and/or Systems
* Minimum of 8 years of experience in an electricalengineering role with complex product or technology development

Summary:
The Electrical Design Engineer Intern is responsible for supporting the design of various engineering projects, involving the analysis, research, design, development, fabrication, and/or testing of a product. This practical experience provides the intern with the opportunity to contribute to innovative solutions that are important to both their professional growth and NAI's business success.
This Internship is for Summer 2026.
Requirements
* Work with engineers to facilitate the design of complex digital systems using FPGAs, digital hardware, and embedded software.
* Assist with schematic entry, writing VHDL test benches for FPGA simulations, and hardware/software integration.
* Support circuit testing and assist in basic debugging activities under the guidance of senior engineers.
* Perform necessary tasks as directed by senior engineers while gaining a greater understanding of digital circuit design techniques.
* Participate in project reviews and collaborate with engineering staff to learn about design tradeoffs and requirements.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
* Enrolled in an ElectricalEngineering or Computer Engineering program.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Windows applications.
* Knowledge of VHDL.
* Effective oral and written communication skills in English.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to take initiative and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills and Abilities:
* Previous internship, project, or coursework experience in FPGA, digital design, or embedded systems.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
+ The Advanced Lead Engineer will demonstrate leadership in communicating business, program, and process goals for proposals and technology maturation activities.
+ Lead the design and development of advanced electrical systems, components, and architectures for aerospace applications.
+ Perform detailed analysis, modeling, and simulation of electrical systems to ensure performance, reliability, and compliance with industry standards.
+ Rapidly create concepts and studies to determine feasibility for high power/high density power conversion and control systems

+ Define, analyze, and improve electrical system requirements for customers

**Required Qualifications**

Main responsibilities include creating electrical protection & control and/or physical layout design deliverables.
