**Basic Qualifications**

+ 0--4 years of relevant coastal or civil engineering experience.
+ Familiarity with AutoCAD or Civil 3D.
+ Exposure to coastal processes modeling or hydraulic software is a plus.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work with diverse data sets (CAD, GIS, coding tools).
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills suited for a consulting environment.
+ Willingness to travel (up to 20--25%) for fieldwork and project support.
