How You Will Make an Impact
As an Electrical Supervisor, you will play a crucial part in all electrical aspects of building and maintaining our 42-mile Dune Express conveyor system. The Electrical Supervisor is responsible for adhering to all OSHA and MSHA standards while performing all job duties.
Responsibilities
* Lead your team in safety complying with OSHA, MSHA, and Atlas policies and procedures.
* Work with outside Engineering firms to design new electrical equipment.
* Travel to various vendor locations and for audits and meetings. This will be more so during the design and construction phase.
* Review, understand, redline, and update electrical schematics, drawings, one lines, e-houses layouts, etc..
* Lead a team of field electricians on day-to-day task such as inspections, PMs, trouble shooting, reporting, etc..
* Review and approve time sheets, vacation request, POs and invoices.
* Attend training and certification courses required by the company.
* Developing, maintaining, and reporting on budgets both for OPEX and CAPEX
* Engaging with third party vendors for quotes and lead times
* Comply with OSHA and MSHA standards and annual testing on electrical equipment.
* In conjunction with senior supervision, may plan, staff, and organize field/shop positions.
* Interacts with project management, engineering, estimating, and planning to ensure work complies with contract requirements, drawings, specifications, and schedule.
* Responsible for resolving direct report's issues (lack of productivity, safety, quality, work interfaces, rework etc.) as required.
* Assist in obtaining personnel through Human Resources/Recruiting or network (as necessary).
* Assess work completion. Create punch lists.
* Advise senior level supervision of potential problems, work interference, schedule difficulties, etc. Assist in circumventing/resolving such problems as required.
* Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
* High school diploma or GED required.
* Journeyman Electrical License with minimum 5 years industrial experience
* Minimum 5 years field leadership in industrial electrical

How You Will Make an Impact
As an Electrical Supervisor, you will play a crucial part in all electrical aspects of building and maintaining our 42-mile Dune Express conveyor system. The Electrical Supervisor is responsible for adhering to all OSHA and MSHA standards while performing all job duties.
Responsibilities
Lead your team in safety complying with OSHA, MSHA, and Atlas policies and procedures.
Work with outside Engineering firms to design new electrical equipment.
Travel to various vendor locations and for audits and meetings. This will be more so during the design and construction phase.
Review, understand, redline, and update electrical schematics, drawings, one lines, e-houses layouts, etc..
Lead a team of field electricians on day-to-day task such as inspections, PMs, trouble shooting, reporting, etc..
Review and approve time sheets, vacation request, POs and invoices.

Engaging with third party vendors for quotes and lead times

Interacts with project management, engineering, estimating, and planning to ensure work complies with contract requirements, drawings, specifications, and schedule.
Responsible for resolving direct report's issues (lack of productivity, safety, quality, work interfaces, rework etc.) as required.
Assist in obtaining personnel through Human Resources/Recruiting or network (as necessary).
Assess work completion. Create punch lists.
Advise senior level supervision of potential problems, work interference, schedule difficulties, etc. Assist in circumventing/resolving such problems as required.

Perform troubleshooting to investigate solar plant issues such as battery issues, inverter faults, inverter design issues, and utility grid transients.
Work with customer SCADA engineers to set up systems communication and parameters.
Research alternative components that can be used in the field.
Independently performs a range of field service tasks involving communication with Factory Engineering and Customer's solar plant engineer.
Coordinate and work closely with other engineering, logistic, financial, and program management disciplines to maintain the solar/BESS plants.
Help with the repair activities in the Service center.
Prepare and submit field reports to customers and management.
Support development of technical proposals and provide comments on the technical content and level of effort of the proposed scope of work.
Conduct site visits, experimental investigations and analyze engineering problems. Propose solutions, alternatives, and provide recommendations.
Inspects working conditions to ensure all products and activities are compliant with safety guidelines.
