Primary Purpose of Position
Performs advanced technical/engineering problem solving in support of nuclear plant operations. Responsible for technical decisions. Possesses excellent knowledge in functional discipline and its practical application and has detailed knowledge of applicable industry codes and regulations.
Primary Duties and Accountabilities
Provide in-depth technical expertise to develop, manage and implement engineering analysis, activities and programs.
Provide technical expertise and consultation through direct involvement to identify and resolve equipment and system problems.
Provide complete task management of engineering issues.
Perform engineering tasks as assigned by supervision applying engineering principles.

Major Duties
Senior Electrical Designer leads complex projects by designing and delivering advanced instrumentation solutions and electrical test systems, ensuring every project aligns with rigorous safety standards, reliability goals, and specific customer requirements. In this role you create detailed electrical design documentation-including schematics, cable routing diagrams, panel layouts, bills of materials, and requisition forms-to support seamless project execution and integration.
Specific Responsibilities
Lead design projects to deliver advanced solutions and electical test systems;
Exhibit mastery in at least one specialized skill area (e.g., IP tester, pneumatic/hydraulic systems, solar tester), with a strong understanding of related technologies.

Qualifications
Education:
A post-secondary technology diploma or engineering equivalent;
Experience:
A minimum of 10 years related electrical design experience including a minimum of 5 years designing electronic test equipment.
Complete knowledge of AutoCAD Electrical and the ability to keep abreast of leading-edge instrumentation technology is essential.

Job Description
We are seeking a Junior ElectricalEngineer to join our high-voltage power supply design team. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with a strong foundation in electricalengineering and a mechanical aptitude. The successful candidate will assist in the design, testing, and documentation of high-voltage power supply products, while learning legacy MRP systems and supporting project execution. Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with senior engineers on the design and development of high-voltage power supplies.
