Maintenance Technician (Manufacturing) Our client is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician who thrives in fast-paced manufacturing environments and takes pride in figuring out how things work. Maintenance Technician Qualifications: 4 years of maintenance technician, millwright, or skilled trades experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Skills and Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in high- or low-voltage system installation, including structured cabling, audio/video, security, lighting, and home automation. Proven leadership abilities with experience supervising field teams and coordinating on-site work. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, wiring diagrams, and system schematics. Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and best practices for residential and light commercial installations. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work with basic apps/software, test equipment, and hand/power tools. Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with team members, clients, and other trades. May be exposed to excessive noise levels. May be exposed to wet/slippery conditions. Ability to work at heights and in confined/congested spaces is required. Usage of PPE gear up to level B and compliance with company safety policies and procedures is required. Bending and squatting may be required along with frequent lifting up to 25 - 50 pounds. The standard hours for this position are Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Overtime (including nights and weekends) could be required.
