Summary:
The Industrial Automation Field Service Technician is responsible for providing on-site services that support process and discrete manufactures operations. Specifically, services related to evaluating customer's installed Rockwell Automation hardware, software, and networked equipment. Supporting customer's systems needs including trouble shooting and system modernization. Will provide support for customers in various ways including programming, drive startups, and reliability improvement. Supporting products that are deployed or designed in Rockwell software platforms such as RsLogix 5, 500, 5000, Studio 5000, or FactoryTalk applications
What You'll Do:
* Execute documented procedures on-site at customer facilities
* Perform onsite collection of current installed base through site walk-through and use of data collection tools in an industrial manufacturing environment
* Demonstrate core competency around troubleshooting Rockwell Automation products and associated manufacturing technology
* Communicate needs and issues with management to avoid problems before they arise
* Manage time in such a way that scheduling issues do not arise
* Work positively in a team-based environment that is in continuous movement
* Act as representative of Rexel while performing services on customers equipment and applications
* Develop relationships with key customer stakeholders

Qualifications

The Surveyor Instrument Technician provides support to the Surveyor Party Chief in the daily responsibilities of the land surveying department. This position is responsible for collecting survey data using designated survey equipment. Ideal candidates must be willing to travel to support project needs.

Operates total station, digital and automatic level, Topcon data collector, TDS software.

JOB SUMMARY:
As an ET2 you will be an integral part of our manufacturing team, responsible for assisting in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment. PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The work is labor intensive. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs on a daily basis. Must be able to lift up to 100lbs on a rare basis. This position requires 90% of frequent climbing, balancing, stooping/crouching, overhead reaching, bending, squatting and prolonged standing and sitting. It requires occasional pushing, pulling, kneeling, and crawling. The position also involves great hand and eye coordination. Heights exceeding over 50 feet from time to time are normal to incur on a daily basis to maintain a crane. Employee will be required to travel from time to time (20 50%) and must be willing to work various shifts to accommodate needs of HCSG branches and customers. This includes on-call and overtime. Travel out of town may be required at the discretion of the company.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Work is normally performed inside or outside (pending customer requirements) with varying degrees of extreme hot and cold temperatures depending on the weather. During summer months, temperatures can exceed 120 degrees. This position will be frequently exposed to noise, heights, fumes, dust, and odors.

Job Description
Bristol Infrastructure Design Services, LLC is hiring a Construction Surveillance Engineering Technician (CSET) to support NAVFAC SE at Barksdale AFB, LA. The Construction Surveillance Engineering Technician (CSET) will provide technical services and expertise related to all phases of construction on a variety of projects within the area of responsibility. The position will support the client's Resident Officer in Charge of Construction (ROICC), or designee, for construction services such as construction inspection, quality assurance, monitoring safety and environmental compliance and contract administration.
Major Responsibilities
Specific tasks for the CSET include but are not limited to the following:
Coordinate Requests from Construction Contractor. Coordinate request from the construction Contractor for outage requests, excavation permits, burn permits, haul routes and other similar items. This will require liaison with the ROICC and appropriate base personnel (Security, Public Works, Fire Department etc.)
Coordinate field activities. CSET shall work with the construction contractor, Navy client customers, activity managers, maintenance and utility servers, Federal Fire departments, and Security Police so there is a seamless coordination of construction activities.
Attend Meetings (Pre-Construction, Safety, Contractor Quality Control, Partnering Meetings, and others) and Conferences - The CSET shall take notes, provide information to the ROICC or the ROICC's representative at the following meetings, conferences, and briefings.
Develop Quality Assurance Plans.
Prepare Construction Representatives Reports (CCRs)
The CSET shall assure that the quality control system of the Contractor is in compliance with contract documents and applicable documents. Prepare draft Contract Construction Compliance Notices (CCCNs) in cases where the CSET observed workmanship and/or materials not in compliance with construction contract documents/specifications or safety infractions.
The CSET shall take and provide the ROICC complete progress, record, special construction, and completion photographs.
Maintain Working Files. NAVFAC's Electronic Construction and Facility Support Contract Management System (eCMS) shall be used to manage electronic submittals and documents.
Minimum Education/Experience
A minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Quality Control Manager or Superintendent working for a General Contractor on NAVFAC or USACE projects, OR a minimum of ten (10) years of experience working as a Foreman in one or more of the following trades: carpentry, electrical, roofing, HVAC, plumbing, or concrete on commercial/industrial/military projects valued in excess of $5 million. A minimum of five (5) years of experience working as a Journeyman in one or more of the following trades: carpentry, electrical, roofing, HVAC, plumbing, or concrete. Residential experience does not qualify.
Required Knowledge or Skills
Specialized training for Construction Quality Verification or completed an equivalent course.
Competent computer skills for network data entry.
Proficiency in using computer software programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as Adobe Acrobat Professional.
Ability to communicate in English effectively orally and in writing.
Experience in maintaining official construction site records.
Experience in conducting meetings to resolve problems on construction projects and briefing clients and management personnel.
In depth knowledge of construction practices and workmanship, including experience in proper uses of construction materials and installation methods
In depth experience interpreting construction drawings and specifications on construction projects.
Experience in making materials take-offs for construction work.
Ability and experience in the inspection of materials, workmanship and construction and installation of various systems within the inspector's area of expertise.
Knowledge of safety practices in the construction industry, including a background of familiarity with USACE (EM-385-1-1) and OSHA safety requirements.
Completed the 30 Hour OSHA Construction Training within the past 2 years.
Must hold a certificate in USACE Construction Quality Management (CQM) for Contractors Training (maintain valid 5-year certificate) or obtain certification within 60 days of onboarding.
U.S. Citizen.
A valid driver's license.
Physical Demands

CSET will be required to perform duties that involve moderate walking over rough, uneven or slippery surfaces, recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, climbing ladders, walking up and down several flights of stairs or similar activities, recurring lifting of moderately heavy objects less than 50 lbs. such as testing or measuring equipment, and regular visits to construction sites.
Required to have close visual acuity to perform activities such as viewing a computer terminal and extensive reading.
Specific physical requirements include, but are not limited to, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, walking, lifting, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing and performing repetitive motions.
The worker is subject to both inside and outside environmental conditions, noise sufficient to cause the worker to shout. The worker is subject to a variety of physical conditions - proximity to moving mechanical parts, moving vehicles, electric current, working on scaffolding and high places, exposure to high heat or exposure to chemicals.
The worker may be required to wear a respirator.
The worker may be frequently in close quarters, crawl spaces, shafts, manholes, small-enclosed rooms, small sewage and water line pipes, and other areas that could cause claustrophobia.
The worker is subject to atmospheric conditions - fumes, odors, dusts, mist, gases or poor ventilation.

MEASUREMENT TECHNICIAN
Employee in this position will perform work related to the integrity and reliability of the natural gas and natural gas liquid measurement devices, recording devices, sample systems and online chromatographs. This would include the periodic calibration and maintenance of equipment located in natural gas processing plants, fractionation facilities, natural gas, and natural gas liquid pipelines. Presents a positive and professional image to customers, vendors, employees, and the public.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform all activities in compliance with all applicable safety, environmental, regulatory and company policies.
Install, inspect, calibrate, and maintain natural gas and natural gas liquid measurement equipment and witnesses these activities if performed by others, in compliance with applicable API, AGA and GPA standards, contracts and company policies.
Document the results of inspections, calibrations and maintenance activities and maintain accurate records of these activities as required.
Ensure representative samples are obtained and documented properly within specified timeframes.
Prepare an inspection schedule for measurement equipment in the area of responsibility and communicate that schedule as needed.
Work closely with measurement analysts and the measurement supervisor to assure any adjustments to measurement data are performed accurately and in a timely manner and assist in system measurement balance issue resolution.
May be asked to assist in measurement or other duties within or outside of the assigned area of responsibility including but not limited to: Assisting with equipment specification, installation, and technical issues, directing internal or contract personnel in measurement related activities, special projects and/or other job-related duties as assigned.
Must work independently, with limited supervision.
Participate in, and complete training for, any company environmental, regulatory, Health and Safety or other company programs as required.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with company managers, coworkers, clients, contractors and the public.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality, including the ability to recognize situations in which confidentiality is required
Must have a valid driver's license and be insurable under the Company's vehicle insurance policy.
