Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.

Minimum Qualifications: Performed elementary carpentry repairs such as replacing broken planks on picnic tables, repairing siding or wooden chairs with nails, reapplying/repairing molding, or installing shelving, signage, or items like whiteboards. Repaired minor wood structures, such as park benches, waste baskets, and signs. Used circular or hand saw to make straight and routine cuts. Used simple measuring devices such as tape measures and squares; and hand and power tools such as hammers, bars, handsaws, screw drivers, and skill saws. Replaced toilet seats, installed soap and paper towel dispensers, unplugged sinks and toilets using a plunger. Tightened simple connections to stop leaks. Cleaned and prepared buildings, walls, trim, and floor surfaces for painting by sanding, scraping, or wire brushing. Performed touch-up painting on tools and equipment, wood, or metal surfaces. Stained slats in park benches or on waste baskets. Painted garbage cans, gates, signposts, and other features. Inspected, maintained, and replaced light bulbs in a variety of fixtures both inside and outside. Mowed lawns using large, complex industrial-type (walking and riding type) power mowers and a small domestic power mower. Performed routine maintenance and repair on equipment. Operated power edger and trims along walkways and curbs. Cut and removed brush; dug and filled trenches with pick and shovel. Hauled materials with wheelbarrow. Cleaned and serviced restrooms, other visitor facilities and/or office areas, employee break rooms, exhibit areas. Loaded trash and debris into trash packers, dump trucks, and other vehicles and receptacles. Performed asphalt work and road maintenance by repairing pavement surfaces. Used, cared for, and accounted for various hand tools and equipment. Picked up tools and equipment after completion of project or assignment. Cleans work area and returns tools to designated compartments, racks, carts, or toolboxes. Swept sawdust, cleaned spills, gathers scrap, and remove trash to keep work area clean and orderly. Spread sand on ice from the back of moving truck during inclement weather; shoveled walkways; applied ice control chemicals to sidewalks, plazas, steps, and parking lots. Operate motor vehicles up to 10,000 pounds GVW including 2- or 4-wheel drive pickups on regularly established schedules and standard routes to transport personnel, supplies, materials, or equipment and tools throughout the park under limited traffic conditions at low speeds. Perform minor operator maintenance on light duty motor vehicles such as pickup trucks, panel trucks, flatbed trucks, carryalls, sedans, crew cab pickup trucks. Work is supervised throughout completion. Orally received and carried out detailed assignments.
DRIVER'S LICENSE: You will be required to operate a government (or private) motor vehicle as part of your official duties; a valid driver's license is required. You will be required to submit a Motor Vehicle Operator's License and Driving Record. You must also submit (within a State sealed envelope or submitted directly by the State authorities), and at your own expense, all certified driving records from all States that disclose all valid driver's licenses, whether current or past, possessed by you.

The Dietary Aide position, in collaboration with the Charge Nurse and other team members to assure the resident is being served according to their plan of care. The Dietary Aide assists each resident to achieve and maintain the highest level of health and physical condition. This position also includes using the meat grinder/slicer, serving drinks and meals and dishwashing.
The Dietary Aide must have the ability to work independently and be flexible in completing various duties as assigned. Cooking experience preferred or willing to learn. Must be dependable, trustworthy and must have a positive attitude.
Special Requirements: Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check. Must have covid vaccine or exemption.

Objective

Role and Responsibilities
Learn and monitor the health and well-being of swine, ensuring they receive proper nutrition and care.
Follow all production protocols and procedures to maximize sow and gilt production & efficiencies.

Ensure pigs have access to adequate feed, air and water.
Monitor feed intake and adjust feeding programs as necessary.
Identify and report signs of illness or injury, following proper protocols for treatment.
Assist with farrowing (birthing) and newborn piglet care, including feeding and processing.
Assist in breeding activities, including artificial insemination and pregnancy checks.
Monitor sows during gestation and farrowing to ensure a healthy process.
Maintain clean and sanitary conditions in barns, pens, and other facilities.
Operate and maintain equipment used in swine production.
Maintain accurate records of animal health, treatments, and performance in a timely manner
Communicate effectively with the employee and the farm management
Follow animal welfare, biosecurity regulations and company policies.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
No experience required.
Experience in animal husbandry or swine production is preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols.
Work Environment
Exposure to loud noises, odors, and varying temperatures.
Working with live animals in close quarters.

Job Responsibilities:
Receiving, entering and managing inventory and its associated paperwork.
Procurement of parts and materials as needed to complete in-field work for sites, including scheduling shipments for proper arrival dates.
Oversee all aspects of office orders including inventory and maintenance of inventory. Anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt of supplies.
Manage incoming parts paperwork and data entry for all O&M sites with the assistance of the appropriate Site Supervisor.
Manage inventory transactions utilizing Great Plains Accounting software and reconcile again O&M service reporting software to ensure proper accountability for inventory used and received.
Perform regular cycle counts / audits of physical on-hand inventory and perform accurate reconciliation against accounting and service reporting software.
Prepare month-end reports of inventory consumption for submission to accounting for monthly customer invoicing.
Prepare and mail all UPS / Fed Ex Packages. Sort and distribute incoming mail as needed.
Preparing service and maintenance documentation as needed for in-field technicians.
Coordinate routine office maintenance and cleaning with outside vendors.
Establish, maintain, and update filing systems.
May be called upon to assist with special projects and assume responsibility for the development, administration, and promotion of specified projects, as required.

Requirements:
Experience and Qualifications:
HS diploma or GED equivalent required.
Three (3) - five (5) years of functional administrative preferred.
Must be an analytical thinker with the ability to resolve complex issues and manage tight deadlines and be able to perform under rapid change.
Requires exemplary organizational skills and extreme attention to detail.
Microsoft Dynamics or other ERP experience beneficial.
Extensive knowledge in Word, Excel and Outlook and the ability and willingness to learn new software applications if needed.
Self-starter with a drive for continuous improvement of the business operations.
Excellent communications skills both verbal and written, detail-oriented, the ability to multi-task, and most importantly, the ability to work well in a team.
