The critical role in managing any group is that of the leader.
A great business leader plays an extremely crucial role in any organization. Without them, it would be inconceivable for a business to establish its goals and objectives, let alone reach them.
With that said, a leader should possess specific skill sets and knowledge on how to manage and handle the employees.
While there may not be a ‘universal standard’ to define an excellent and charismatic leader, there are some specific attributes that are prominently observed within many leaders.
