Talent retention is one of the most pressing issues when it comes to the top human capital trends in workplaces today.

How to create the right culture is something we have written about quite often. After all money isn’t the only driver that will keep your employees loyal.

The culture you create is synonymous with your employer brand. However building the ideal work environment is never easy. Neither is finding ways to create an engaging company culture to motivate your employees.

During a recent webinar that we hosted, Sam Lambert – Director of Technology with GitHub used the phrase ‘work life separation’ as opposed to ‘balance’ (which can often be more a case of ‘imbalance’). His advice was that it’s more important to look at the contribution someone is making to the business as opposed to when they might physically be working.

So what’s the best solution for keeping  your people motivated? How can you relieve stress and boost employee morale?

The answer might surprise you, but as our friends at Liberty Games reveal in this cool infographic, letting your employees play games at work may just be the solution you’ve been looking for!

But you don’t need to gamify your workplace to make things fun. Let your employees have fun the old fashioned way.

Anyone for a quick game of Space Invaders or Pac Man?
