We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to support and enhance production operations through the development, implementation, and optimization of manufacturing processes. Job Duties:
Design manufacturing processes that meet schedule, cost, and quality goals.

Qualifications:
Engineering degree in a related field or equivalent technical experience/training required.
Experience requirements vary by level (entry to senior):
Entry Level: 0-3 years
Mid Level: 3-8 years
Senior Level: 8-10+ years
Proficiency with CAD tools and interpreting technical drawings.
Experience with testing tools such as oscilloscopes, harness testers, or logic analyzers is beneficial.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills; ability to diagnose and resolve production issues.
Familiarity with automation tools, PLC programming, or robotics is a plus.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong communication and collaboration skills across engineering and production teams.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and make sound technical decisions.

Meet with production group concerning product design and tooling to ensure efficient production methods.
Coordinates with customers to determine product specifications and design changes and responds to customer requests.
Provides information for management decisions from a technical and technical cost perspective.
Meet with management, engineering, and other staff regarding manufacturing capabilities, production schedules, and other considerations to facilitate production processes.
Applies statistical methods to estimate future manufacturing requirements and potential.
Plan utilization of facilities, equipment, materials, and personnel to improve efficiency of operations.
Analyze work force utilization, facility layout, and operational data such as production costs, process flow diagrams, and production schedules to determine efficient utilization of workers and equipment.
Recommend methods for improving worker efficiency and reducing waste of materials and utilities such as restructuring job duties, reorganizing workflow, relocating workstations and equipment, and purchase of equipment.
Troubleshoot daily manufacturing issues.
Here is some of what you'll need:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and/or Manufacturing Engineering
3+ years of relevant experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment
Computer skills include, but are not limited to: MS Office software applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project); AutoCAD, 3D CAD software, SolidWorks', Draft Sight
Lean manufacturing methodologies and principles is desired.
5+ years with project management skills are preferred.
Formal training and experience implementing lean strategies to improve process flow and reduce cost is preferred.
Read and interpret drawing requirements and specifications is required.
Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, and oral/written communication skills are required.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet critical deadlines.

Your tasks
You will carry out conveyor technology projects in the automotive sector, particularly in body shell construction, paint shops, and final assembly. You will be involved in all phases: from concept and detailed planning to the preparation of tender documents and the award process, right through to implementation support for greenfield and brownfield projects.

Your profile
You have successfully completed an engineering degree, for example in mechanical engineering, production engineering, or automation technology, or have comparable training.

You have in-depth knowledge of mechanics and design as well as electrical engineering and control technology, and ideally also layout planning.

* .75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota;
* 1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;
* 1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and
* Once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.
For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay 0% up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.

Responsibilities:
Individual will serve as a Project Engineer within the Construction Materials Testing Department. Specific engineering and project management tasks will include, but not be limited to, oversight of inspections and testing of soils (evaluation of soil bearing capacity and density); reinforced concrete and masonry; modular retaining wall construction, structural steel inspections, evaluation of laboratory data; inspection of shallow and deep foundation installation; and monitoring of asphalt placement.
Individual will have a responsibility for generating fees through management and development of existing and new client relationships.
