This hands-on program provides real-world experience across various engineering disciplines, including Estimating, Service, Preconstruction, Construction, and Design. Graduates/ Interns will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced engineers, project managers, and estimators, gaining valuable skills and insights in the field of mechanical engineering. RESPONSIBLITIES/DUTIES BY DEPARTMENT: These responsibilities generally describe the nature of each position and may not be all inclusive: Service Assist with entering and organizing incoming service requests while learning how calls are reviewed, documented, and prioritized within the service department. Support dispatch and scheduling activities by helping track technician availability, job status updates, and parts-related follow-ups to ensure smooth workflow. Shadow service coordinators and leadership to observe customer communication, dispatch decision-making, and overall service operations. Construction Join project managers on job site meetings and walkthroughs. Support project management on various projects by preparing O&M manuals, performing Revit modeling, and conducting load calculations. Provide additional support during vacation staffing to maintain project continuity. Preconstruction Manage and solicit Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for project planning.
